Just when you thought I couldn't record anything more useless...
I probably have or had the big C so don't worry about my slightly scratchy voice. I can't pass it through the internet anyway.
I'm frustrated today. Quarantine really sucks when technical difficulties occur.
School is sometimes fun, but cats can never be counted on.
My brain is all kinds of scrambled, but luckily I recorded something yesterday which I decided to hold until today because I had something that I was going to publish today which I ended up publishing yesterday instead.
In case I had forgotten, yesterday helped remind me that I am a broke-down old man.
Technical difficulties have been cleared up, which means these annoying minute musings have returned, more boring than ever before.
Just when you think I couldn't come up with something dumber to talk about...
I might just go to Costco again tomorrow so that I can go again in a few more days.
Quarantine boredom has already got me going batty.
The very first Minute Musings featuring a discussion of pretty much nothing.
I hardly see squirrels in the PNW. I do see entirely too much of my pets sometimes, particularly when I'm trying to do other things.
If you've been reading my blog (unlikely), you've read about my year of not giving a shit. And now it has infected the podcast.
I started watching "Seinfeld" when it was "The Seinfeld Chronicles". Then I mostly stopped watching TV just as it was becoming hugely popular. I wish I could say I was ahead of the curve, but it was just life and coincidence and stuff.
Daylight Savings Time has ended. (Yes, it ended because it happens from early March to early November.) Election Day is tomorrow. Go out and vote, not because it's more important than ever. It's never been any more or less important. It's always important. So please do it. But please don't keep telling people it's more important than before becuase that just annoys people and makes them not vote.
Stumbling around a little more, no more prepared than I was last week despite thinking I might be. It's a couple days before Halloween, and I have no costume. No big. I'll be working anyway.
My apologies for some of the audio distortion this time. I thought about re-recording, but then I would probably screw it up even more than I already did. Check out my website: www.coachdrewsheldon.com
I stumbled around a lot but rambled a little about justice and things.
I forgot to say that I don't do white guilt. It doesn't serve anybody except white people trying to assuage their white guilt. Be my guest. Drop a line to swmseekspodcast@gmail.com. Stalkers and spammers need not apply.
I did another quick one this week with no editing. I'm quite busy but also quite stirred up.
Nothing seems to be going right today. So this is a very quick one.
I ramble a little bit about accountability, especially as it relates to some stories from the recent (and not-too-recent) past. I even take some accountability myself. The better we learn to do it, the better we make our world. Also, be my guest. Drop a line to swmseekspodcast@gmail.com and/or coachdrewsheldon@gmail.com.
I'm trying to relaunch the podcast and actually do it on a regular basis, hopefully sometimes with guests. I talked a little politics but mostly about how we accomplish nothing with the way we talk about politics. So if you want to be a guest, forget the politics and talk to me about your life. And please hit me up and be my guest. I would love to hear about your life. Also, check out Eliezer Tristan Publishing (www.eliezerpublishing.org) and their first book, "100" by Norb Aikin (link below). After I finished recording, it occurred to me that they have published other books as well that I completely failed to mention. I'm sure Sarah Fader will talk about them when she comes on my podcast. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1949351009/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
I quickly talk with myself about keeping my focus on telling my story. Some of the characters in my story don't like that about me. Alas.
In case you didn't think I'm a creepy old man, I will probably remove all doubt from your mind with this strange mix of topics. This is what happens when you let me go on vacation.
A sort of live and definitely quickly done episode.
I'm way behind on a lot of things, but I managed to throw something together quickly. The sound was a little in and out for no known reason. Alas.
Sometimes I talk with myself out in the yard in the middle of the night. At least I did this one time.
21-year-old Oklahoma native Rebecca Lemke grew up in a tiny conservative homeschooling community. The virtues of modesty and purity were a large focus of her childhood, and while she believes that they are wonderful goals, she has learned firsthand that the manner in which they are approached can be the difference between life and death, both spiritually and physically. Rebecca has a heart for the victims of spiritual, mental, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. As the result of her deep-seated belief in holistic living, which includes holistic spirituality and sexuality, she strongly advocates for Christ to be our ultimate focus. With her book, The Scarlet Virgins, she takes on the deceptive lies of legalistic purity culture with intimate vulnerability and love. Find out more at www.scarletvirgins.com.

From Raymond: I'm a man that's been through the pitfalls and elations of relationships in my ever growing quest to better my knowledge in the human condition. I've been in the game and around the Internet since 1996 and surprisingly I'm still using it today. I've definitely found myself in some weird and wonderful places and I hope to share all of this with you lucky people. Find more at https://therelationshipblogger.com/
