This week on Insiders Shorts our guest Rayan Kamal discusses whether or not apple products are overrated. He goes into vast details about the software and tech used which enables apple to go far and beyond in the tech industry. This week on Insiders Shorts Shahyaan speak to Prithvi about the importance of sleep. Prithvi and Shahyaan discuss some methods to improve sleep as well as how to maintain a solid sleep cycle. Their discussion also goes on to some of the strange aspects of sleep and dreaming. What is sleep paralysis? Are dreams just a pathway to a different dimension?

On today's episode of The Insiders Podcast Ali & Shahyaan air the first ever episode of Insiders Shorts. Insiders Shorts are shorter segments and usually guest orientated.
