We're all guilty of watching our weekends/free time pass us by without accomplishing any of the things we set out to accomplish during these periods of time unfilled by your day job. I want to share with you a few tips that have helped me wake up early and enjoy my weekends while accomplishing the things I want to get accomplished

There comes times when employees may bump heads with their employers. Employees feel underappreciated, taken for granted, or replaceable. I have a few thoughts on that feeling of exchangeability. Creating a series of guidelines and systems that could potentially help any employee fill your position in the case that you should be unable to, be promoted out of, or decide to move on from, should be seen as an incredibly valuable asset to a business. In this episode, I encourage you to think differently about what it means to feel "replaceable" in the workplace and how it doesn't always have to be a negative feeling. Cheers, -T

It's important for us to have a project we are passionate about for a multitude of reasons. We can use them to sharpen our skills, build our network, achieve fulfillment; the list goes on. I sit down with my best friend from college, Victoria Harmon, and discuss the challenges we face with finances, budgeting, and money management. Money isn't always fun to talk about, but it's necessary nonetheless.

This week I talk about having the courage to pursue that thing that interests you without getting intimidated by the professionals and hard-core enthusiasts who sometimes make us feel inadequate or unworthy or pursuing new interests.

Mistakes are how we learn. It's important not to be afraid of them, but to know your way to overcome them. I breakdown the process one can use to overcome their mistake and take it in stride. -T

People litter. A LOT. I live in the rural Midwest and there's way too much garbage just alone the highway alone. It doesn't take long to grab some trash and throw it away. Take the family out to a local park and do some environmental clean up for the community. Aligning your brand with environmentally friendly events can really boost your brand's image in the eyes of your audiences, as well as provide a reassurance that your business does more than just provide a product or service to people, but to the planet too. -TShow Notes
