Accountable for the Decisions you make the choices that you make and the action or inaction that you don’t take. Personal accountability is the belief that you are fully responsible for your own actions and consequences. Being accountable to something means that you're willing to make commitments and be responsible for your own actions. Look to yourself—first. When situations arise, look first to yourself. Ask yourself questions: “What is the problem?” “What am I doing—or not doing—to contribute to the problem?” "How can I learn from this situation without attributing blame to another’? You have to have money to make money. I must not boast about my success. I run away when things get tough. I cannot make my decisions without other people’s approval. I have to say yes to everyone. I have to do everything myself. I must be perfect in everything I do.
