Your abundance isn't something that can be taken away. It's a part of you. We've all heard the phrase “money can't buy happiness.” And while those of us at TBM know it's true, we're also aware of the world we live in, one where money is needed to meet our basic needs and help us enjoy material comforts. There is a simple, uniting truth we're here to share with you: You cannot manifest true abundance (spiritual OR material) without a foundation of authenticity. Until you investigate the narratives you've been holding onto and heal those subconscious wounds, you'll always seek corrective, surface-level experiences rather than the answers to your authentic wants and needs. This episode explores five unique levels (outlined in our Money Quiz linked below) that serve as our starting point going into our new Money Challenge. If you've ever felt stuck in striving, uncertain about your next step, or quietly questioning if the life you've built reflects your truth—this is your call to return home to yourself. Our powerful 3-week challenge will guide you through the energetic terrain of wealth consciousness and reaffirm the truth: that money is never just about money—it's about healing, self-worth, and authenticity. Your financial story is your own. Your magic is right in front of you. Your abundance starts within.**Please note that our conversation in this episode is not intended as direct financial advice. Growing up in a household where independence was a necessity, she excelled academically, earning numerous awards, including the Citizenship Medal from the Daughters of the American Revolution. Her resilience was tested when she lost her father at 16, but she channeled her determination into service, enlisting in the Air Force. As the only woman in her Vehicle Maintenance training class, she set a new standard by earning the highest test scores and later served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, achieving the rank of E-4 Sergeant. Transitioning into civilian life, Kimberly pursued a career in training and leadership development, working across multiple industries, from technology rollouts to government initiatives. She played a pivotal role in the 2010 Census Project, leading the development of training materials for the first-ever digital data collection. Her work with the Rochester Schools Modernization Program led to the creation of an innovative small business training initiative, impacting local entrepreneurs and serving as a model for other municipalities. Simultaneously, she explored entrepreneurship, running event planning and photo booth businesses before pivoting to a thriving six-figure training business. Despite professional success, Kimberly faced personal challenges that led to a transformative self-discovery journey. Seeking answers through the VA health system, she was diagnosed with mild depression, which became the catalyst for developing the Journey to Joy Personal Transformation System. This breakthrough allowed her to reclaim her happiness, reinforcing her belief that joy is a powerful force for change. Now, she dedicates her time to helping others break free from limiting beliefs and external dependencies, ensuring they recognize their own potential. A founding member of the Greater Rochester Black Business Alliance and an active board member of ROCEDC, Kimberly is deeply committed to community development. She believes that self-sufficiency and joy are the keys to transformation, a message she amplifies through her training programs, mentorship, and advocacy. Feeling exhausted from trying to change family members who just don't seem to get it? You're not alone, and this might be draining your energy more than you realize. After experiencing this frustration while living with my mother for several months, I noticed the same pattern emerging in my coaching clients—the belief that if only their loved ones would change, everything would be better. This expectation creates a loop of disappointment that feeds directly into burnout. The hard truth I've learned through neuroscience and personal experience is that people rarely change because someone tells them to. Most humans are motivated by pain or avoiding pain, not by a desire for self-improvement. This explains why your heartfelt conversations about how someone's behavior affects you often fall on deaf ears—they aren't feeling enough discomfort to motivate change on your timeline. The pathway to freedom from this exhausting cycle isn't trying harder to make others understand. Instead, it comes from focusing on how you show up when triggered. When I stopped expecting my mother to change and started examining my own reactions—taking time to process my emotions before responding—something unexpected happened. She noticed. These shifts in my behavior sparked her curiosity in ways my words never could. This approach isn't settling or giving up. It's recognizing that modeling change is far more powerful than demanding it. Children learn by watching, not by being told, and adults aren't so different. By breaking your own patterns and responding with awareness rather than reaction, you create space for others to become curious about their own behavior.Ready to break free from this energy-draining cycle? Book a discovery call to learn how our upcoming Rewired to Thrive program can help you identify the subconscious beliefs triggering your reactions and reclaim your energy for what truly matters.Have a question that you want answered on the show? Are you caught in a never-ending cycle of setting ambitious goals, feeling like you're not making progress fast enough, and ultimately burning out? You're not alone. As high achievers, we've been programmed to define "wins" in ways that actually fuel our exhaustion and feelings of inadequacy. In this revealing episode, Dr. Reana Mulcahy pulls back the curtain on one of the most insidious causes of burnout among high performers. Through a candid coaching session, she exposes the dangerous "worthiness loop" that traps us in the belief that we're only as valuable as our latest major accomplishment. When our projects require a longer timeline—whether that's mindset transformation, weight loss, or career development—we struggle to feel satisfied with our progress because we've been conditioned to only celebrate the finish line. This addiction to accomplishment isn't just uncomfortable—it's unsustainable. Dr. Mulcahy explains why so many of us become slaves to our to-do lists, sometimes even writing down tasks we've already completed just for the satisfaction of crossing them off. This behavior reveals our deeper need for validation and the false belief that productivity equals worth. But what if a win didn't have to mean a completed project or external recognition? What if showing up, taking one small step, and becoming the person you want to be counted just as much?Drawing from her experience of burning out twice and helping countless clients break free from this cycle, Dr. Mulcahy offers a powerful reframe that can transform your relationship with achievement. Discover how the most successful people in the world approach their goals from the inside out, and how you can apply the same principles to experience sustainable success without sacrificing your wellbeing along the way. Wellness + Wisdom | Episode 742 Is your fear of suffering keeping you from discovering the deepest treasures of your soul? Author and extreme adventurer, Akshay Nanavati, joins Josh Trent on the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 742, to share how embracing suffering during his 60-day solo crossing of Antarctica became the key to transcending limitations and unlocking pure potential, what his journey taught him about the paradox of oneness, and why the only way out of suffering is through it. "When you stop resisting suffering, it frees you from the grasp of suffering. It's not the suffering in and of itself that I seek. Suffering is the means, not the purpose. Relationships show up in every part of our lives—from romance to friendships, from how we handle money to our health. Yet, so often, we get stuck blaming the other person when things get tough. What if the real issue isn't “them” at all?In this episode, I invite you to flip the script: What if the struggles in your relationships are actually about you—about how you relate to yourself? True love isn't something the other person gives you; it's the emotion that you create inside yourself, with the other person simply as the catalyst. You'll discover: — Why the power to transform your relationships lives within you, not “out there” — How chasing love, approval, or control only deepens a sense of lack and insecurity — The surprising role of the “law of relativity” in how we experience connection and contrast — Why every trigger is really about the story you believe about yourself in that moment — How healing your relationship with yourself frees you to create authentic, loving relationshipsThis episode is for anyone ready to stop exhausting themselves trying to control others or circumstances—and instead become the author of their own experience. When you change your inner story, you change everything. If you're ready to stop blaming and start owning your power, this one's for you.–Connect with Deanna:Instagram: @deannaherrinLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/deanna-herrin/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thedeannaherrinWebsite: http://www.deannaherrin.net

Emotional Intelligence: Your Greatest Asset and Key to Success
I'd love to hear from you!Have you ever recognized a pattern in yourself that you desperately wanted to change, yet found yourself repeating the same behaviors over and over? The disconnect between awareness and transformation is where many personal development journeys stall. In this profound conversation with business consultant Martijn Lemmens, we dive deep into the revolutionary methodology of Psyche-K, a powerful approach to reprogramming the subconscious mind. Martijn shares how our life scripts are largely written during our first seven years, creating patterns that might have served us as children but can become limiting as adults. What makes this episode particularly valuable is the practical four-step process Martijn outlines for creating lasting change: identifying your current state, clarifying what you truly want (not just what you don't want), performing a "balance" to reprogram limiting beliefs, and taking concrete action in the world. This framework bridges the gap between internal work and external results. We explore fascinating parallels between Psyche-K, neurolinguistic programming, and emotional intelligence—revealing how befriending our inner critics rather than fighting against them creates space for transformation. Martijn shares compelling client stories, including one woman who realized she needed to "put herself on her own pedestal" rather than elevating everyone around her.Perhaps most powerful is the realization that while we can't control external circumstances, we always have dominion over our inner world. "The whole world can be against me. My internal world can be beautiful as long as I believe in myself," Martijn observes. This shift in perception creates what feels like everyday miracles as new possibilities emerge.Whether you're a business leader seeking to overcome perfectionism, someone struggling with people-pleasing tendencies, or simply curious about the connection between subconscious programming and daily life, this conversation offers practical wisdom and transformative insights for creating lasting change.Martijn's Website: https://www.dewerff.net/en/Psych K: https://www.dewerff.net/en/psych-k/LinkedIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martijnlemmens/Martijn's Podcast: https://podfol.io/profile/martijn-lemmensSupport the showWant to learn how to build your EQ? Mindset work has a place, but its not enough on its own. Youve probably heard me talk about this alot...and with reason. I've been stuck on the reprogramming train for years, jumping from course to course to try and finally remove the limiting beliefs that are in my way. And while there was some temporary shifts, nothing was permanent or sustainable. Over time, and through my own studying, I have learned something so important and powerful about truly removing and dissolving limiting beliefs. You dont work with the belief. You work with the emotion that sponsers it. The emotion that roots the belief into your being. The emotions that fuses the beleif to your subconscious mind. In this episode I am diving so deep into this process, so you can finally understand how to release those upsupportive beliefs AND build ones that lead you to creating those magical memories with those you love! There's a quiet, yet powerful illusion many of us live with every single day—and it's keeping us stuck. It's the illusion of separation—the belief that we're disconnected from our true selves, from others, and from the success and fulfillment we crave. Ever found yourself caught in the quicksand of a major decision, where the more you think about it, the deeper you sink? That paralysis isn't what you think it is. Contrary to popular belief, indecision rarely stems from not knowing what you want. The surprising truth is that indecision happens when you actually DO know what your heart desires, but you've been conditioned not to trust that knowing. Through years of education, family influence, and societal pressure, we've all absorbed the message that there are "right" and "wrong" choices – and that the wrong ones lead to failure, rejection, and disappointment. Your decision-making lens was shaped long before you faced today's choices. If your parents struggled financially, you likely absorbed different beliefs about "safe" career paths than someone raised by entrepreneurs. These tribal influences run deep, creating an unconscious filter that overrides your intuition when it points toward something that contradicts your programming. Your brain's protective mechanisms are essentially pulling the emergency brake to keep you from potential harm or rejection from your "tribe."In this illuminating episode, Dr. Reana shares a powerful two-step exercise that cuts through the noise in just five minutes. First, identify what choice you'd make if success, acceptance, and resources were guaranteed. Then, get curious about exactly what your brain fears will happen if you follow that path. This simple process reveals the specific conditioning blocking you from trusting yourself and making aligned decisions.Ready to break free from the exhausting cycle of indecision? Wellness + Wisdom | Episode 738 What if the stories you're clinging to are preventing you from becoming your truest self? And are they even your stories to begin with? Leadership Coach John Wang joins Josh Trent on the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 738, to share how cultural pressure, generational wounds, and the fear of “not being enough” shape our identity from a young age, why challenging these scripts can help you rewrite your life, and how to close the gap between who you think you should be and who you really are. "The language that your parents speak to you becomes the language that you speak to yourself for the rest of your life. And if your parents didn't know how to speak the language of love, the language of nurture, the language of understanding, then it's likely that you didn't learn that language either." - John Wang

You will find there is a method to my madness! I have created several recent episodes that have been cleverly designed to create ACTIVATED affirmations. The episode for quantum command phrases, quantum command words, and quantum erasers, each were tailored to activate specific words and phrases with specific, deliberate intentions and energies. This episode is the culmination of that. Each of these affirmations use specific words and phrases that are uniquely designed to create powerful quantum timeline shifts and massively increase your ability to manifest your dream life. When you speak these activated affirmations with focused intention, you're not simply making positive statements—you're actually issuing direct commands to the quantum field. The specific linguistic structures I've carefully crafted create vibrational signatures that collapse probability waves and reorganize energy patterns in your favor.
