HeeeeeeEeeEEeEey everyone! Long time no ramble-about-rollersakting-on-the-internet! A few months ago, we teamed up with AntiClique Zine to talk to Kid Ace (aka Mary Smith) about YOGA FOR ROLLER SKATERS! Ace is a classic hunk, both buff and limber, but also kind. She has a long history as a skater, personal trainer, and yoga teacher, and has combined all of her passions to bring us yoga classes that are made specifically to help our bodies SKATE! She's one of our favorite skaters and humans of all time, and we were so jazzed to talk to her not only about yoga for skaters, but about all the usual shtuff too - mental health, seasons of life, skating, and so much more.
