這一集天下文化Podcast，由蔡宇哲老師與郝旭烈 郝哥分享他們的新書《財富自由心理學》 原本這只是從節目中聊到理財與心理的交集，沒想到聽眾反應熱烈，最後與天下文化合作，把過去談過的內容加上更系統化、也更重要的補充觀點，集結成一本書。他們也特別強調，這本書並不是單純教你如何賺錢，而是想回答一個更根本的問題「為什麼我們想要財富自由」。 節目開始就點出一個常見迷思：很多人以為財富自由等於賺到一個「足夠大的數字」，但現實中有不少很有錢的人，依然感到不自由、不快樂。郝哥引用投資大師的話說明，「幸福並不是擁有得多，而是期待得少」。這句話其實揭示了財富自由背後真正的關鍵並不在錢，而在我們怎麼看待錢、怎麼做選擇。錢很重要，但它不是唯一的目標；真正重要的是，我們能不能在追求財富的同時，保有對生活的主導權，而不是被錢牽著走。 宇哲老師進一步把話題拉回「幸福」本身，指出多數人追求財富，最後其實都是為了快樂與幸福。他提到，金錢並不是最稀缺的資源，時間才是，而比時間更稀缺的是注意力。真正值得問的問題是：我們把注意力放在哪裡？如果財富自由只是為了讓生活更快樂，那就不應該等到「賺夠錢」才開始思考怎麼生活。 透過他與女兒的真實對話，他體會到，孩子要的快樂不是更多物質，而是高品質的陪伴，這也提醒大人，很多幸福其實不需要等到財富自由才有。 蔡宇哲老師與郝旭烈 反覆強調，財富自由不是一個終點，而是一個隨著人生階段不斷變動的過程。不同年紀、不同角色，對快樂的定義都會改變，因此關鍵不是追求一個固定的目標，而是持續了解自己、調整方向。 郝哥分享了他對快樂的體悟，認為成長的過程中，真正的幸福往往來自「簡單」。小時候是簡單的事情就能快樂，長大後反而是簡單本身就成了快樂。他提到，當生活過度複雜、慾望過高，反而容易失去平靜。很多真正的「五星級體驗」，其實是散步、閱讀、陪伴家人這類不花大錢卻高度滿足的時刻。這也再次呼應「期待少一點，幸福就多一點」的核心觀念。 在談到「錢越多不一定越快樂」時，兩人指出比較心理是關鍵原因之一。如果只看「比上不足」，永遠都會覺得自己不夠好、不夠有錢；但若同時記得「比下有餘」，才能產生知足感。理想狀態是讓比較成為前進的動力，而不是讓自己陷入永無止境的不滿。否則即使財富增加，焦慮與不快樂也會同步放大。 另一個重要迷思是，把財富自由想成「解決一切問題」的萬靈丹。節目用「馬桶數量」這個例子說明，財富自由比較像是讓人「離苦」，減少生活中的痛苦與匱乏，但它本身不會自動帶來快樂。離苦與得樂是兩條不同的路，如果人生只停留在不痛苦，卻沒有經營關係、意義與成長，依然很難感到幸福。 談到人生整體的平衡，郝哥用「四個輪子的跑車」來比喻：金錢、健康、關係與自我成長缺一不可。只顧賺錢卻忽略健康或家人，最後往往得不償失。他也分享自己因健康問題提早停下腳步，才真正有機會陪伴家人，體會到什麼叫做自由。自由在他們的定義裡，不是什麼都不做，而是擁有選擇權，不必被迫只剩下一條路。 節目的最後談到「慢富」這個常被誤解的概念。他們並不是反對進步或效率，而是提醒大家，過度追求快速致富，往往會犧牲無法回頭的重要事物，例如孩子的成長、親密關係或自身健康。 財富的累積本質上是一種能力與學習的結果，而不是投機的賭博。只要能力跟得上，所謂的「慢」其實也可以很有效率，關鍵在於是否「得配位」，也就是你所得到的，是否與你的能力與價值相匹配。 《財富自由心理學》這本書想談的，並不是教你賺最多的錢，而是協助你建立金錢觀、理財觀與投資觀，進而形成人生觀，讓你在現實生活中找到屬於自己的平衡點。真正的財富自由，不在帳戶數字，而在你是否感覺自己活得自由、踏實且有意義。 Powered by Firstory Hosting

The state of our infrastructure and energy grid is dire. It's a crisis that creates another obstacle to U.S. manufacturing's renaissance and America's competitiveness. 4. This time, the China Shock is global in nature.
