The first song, “Choosing Mental Illness”, was made available for streaming. The next song, “The Ignorant Point”, was released on December 13. Exclaim! scored the album an 8 out of 10!

We were able to get a short interview with Philip H. Anslemo at the beginning of his tour with the illegals. It's Labor Day 2018 and Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals are preparing for their upcoming tour which kicks off September 6th in New Orleans.  The band is touring behind their latest release "Choosing Mental Illness As A Virtue" and will have King Parrott support them throughout this tour which lasts through the end of the month.
