Her most recent book is a self-help memoir called, Healing With Words: A Writer’s Breast Cancer Journey, winner of the Mom’s Choice Award for Memoir/Biography. Diana is a journaling advocate and frequently writes and speaks nationally about the healing power of writing. Since childhood, she has drawn strength from the practice of journaling. Journaling provided a safe outlet and a platform to validate her feelings. She considers journaling to be like a daily vitamin—healing, detoxifying and essential for optimal health.
