David is joined this by Metallica super fans Kyle Null and Chipper Woodruff. They open the episode by sampling Blackened Whiskey and giving you their opinion of the band's whiskey. The Black Album is one of the best selling albums of all time. It took metallica from arenas to stadiums. Why did they write shorter songs, who is Bob Rock, and what is Of Wolf and Man really about? These are just a few of the topics as the guys breakdown this classic album track by track. Enjoy!
Chinese Democracy is the most expensive album ever produced and is also one of the most divisive. Axl Rose took more than a decade to release this highly anticipated record. Did it live up to the hype? Would the record have been better if it were short? Kyle Null joins David to answer these questions and more.
Kyle Null joins David once again this week to discuss the career of Alice In Chains. This episode is a little different in that Kyle takes over as host and David takes a secondary role for a change.

In this episode, Garrett and Bobby talk with Kyle Null, president of New Breed Archery. Kyle basically started building bows in his garage for himself and his friends. That eventually grew into a full time business. Now New Breed specializes in one-of-a-kind bows direct to consumer. Kyle explains the logic and reasoning behind how he designs his bows: axle-to-axle length, titanium limb bolts, the cam system, limb stops, etc. Kyle isn't just a bow designer, he's also an avid bow hunter and target archer. So Garrett and Bobby made sure to ask all sorts of questions regarding shooting, tuning bows, and arrow set up. If people are interested in getting a new bow, there's also a discount code introduced in the episode.

David is once again joined by Kyle Null. They compare and contrast their recent Metallica concert experiences. David saw the band in an arena and Kyle saw them in a baseball stadium. They spend the bulk of this episode discussing one of their favorite bands PINK FLOYD. Find out why they both think the PULSE version of Comfortably numb is the best, the meaning of Pigs (Three Different Ones), and how songs on Animals evolved over time. Also Kyle reveals why the Norwegian band Airbag serves as a Pink Floyd surrogate for him.

September is here! That means that you are likely either chasing elk in the backcountry, or counting down the days until you can climb into a treestand to chase a whitetail. If you prefer the latter, this week's episode may interest you. Kyle Null was kind enough to join me on the show and discuss whitetail hunting in his home state of Alabama, tips and advice for those who are just getting into archery before the upcoming season, and we also talk about his company New Breed Archery. You can very easily recognize that Kyle is a die hard bowhunter and archer, and that his company resembles who he is as an outdoorsman.
