Hey y’all! After 10 hours and 40 minutes of sleep it’s safe to say your girl is loving life! Today I have planned some self care, hiking and content creation. In this podcast I’m talking about how you should spend your Saturday and also, how your body is like a credit card. You can borrow time at the cost of emotional strain I.e. you will start getting low if you don’t rest accordingly. If you follow my on social media you would notice this drop on Thursday.
