Ella Jones is Junior Brand Manager at Mondelez International, the multinational company which boasts the likes of Cadbury, Oreo, Ritz, and Green and Black's in its portfolio. She's only been in the role a few years, but her story could prove inspirational for anyone receiving exam results this summer, and starting to consider where their career might be heading. Ella studied English Literature at the University of Exeter and wasn't entirely sure what she would do after. In this episode of the Career Conversations podcast series, she reveals the unconventional approach she took to hunting for a job and ended up at Mondelez. She says she looked at the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list and thumbed through, highlighting companies that she though looked interesting. When she came across Mondelez, she says she thought to herself "I know that I'm passionate about chocolate", so she took a look online to see what jobs were available. She ended up on the company's graduate scheme, which lasts three years and covered finance, sales, and marketing. "It gave me exposure to a real breadth of roles," she says. "I would definitely recommend doing a graduate scheme." Ella says the scheme was a great way to set her up for the world of work, including basic things like booking a meeting room or having an end of year review - small experiences that can give you confidence in the workplace. A film that even Stallone himself considers to be the worst of his career (That is right even worse than "Rhinestone", "Driven" or "Get Carter"). Is it that bad? Well yeah, it pretty much is. But just like last week that doesn't mean we don't have a fun episode for you. Even if most of that fun will probably stem from listening Scott and Craig losing their minds as they try to comprehend how anyone wrote this. Moreover, how anybody wrote this and thought it was funny! Elsewhere in the episode, Scott and Craig discuss how this might be the most generic movie ever made, how it is visible watching the film Stallone does not want to be there and just how hard Estelle Getty works to try and save the film (it doesn't work but it is still a worthy effort - the only worthy effort in the movie). Plus, we talk about the original darker draft of the script, the wild character inconsistencies and how this film is connected to the other worst film we have covered ,"The Patriot."

For Episode 104 of the Paul Weller Fan Podcast, I am joined by Guy Barker - a multi-award-winning composer, band leader and trumpet player who also happens to be one of the most in-demand arrangers in the world right now. As you'll hear during our chat, Guy has played with so many absolute legends including our podcast subject - Paul Weller via The Style Council. In the 1980s, Guy played on TSC singles Money-Go-Round and The Lodgers, he was part of the live band in periods including the recording of the Showbiz concert film and the Home & Abroad LP. He also plays on the 1987 album The Cost of Loving (Fairy Tales and Walking The Night) and can be heard on The Style Council Live CD playing on A Stone's Throw Away, Soul Deep, Strength of your Nature, Move on Up and Down by the Seine. Guy was also part of the line up for the infamous final gigs - in Japan and at London's Royal Albert Hall. Sarah Walker-Smith is the CEO of Ampa, the Chief Exec of Shakespeare Martineau, a Governor at Nottingham Trent University and holds a number of other key roles. You deserve to know that you are being farmed for your data and that other people are making money off of you.   You are a unique human being. Throughout your existence, you've created thoughts, actions, and preferences that are valuable to the evolution of humanity.
