Hon var tidigare fotomodell, ansiktet utåt för Maybeline och startade då Stand up for fashion för att prata om vilket socialt ansvar modebranschen har.  Vi pratar om hur hon ser på jämställdhet ur ett holistiskt perspektiv, skillnaden på avancemang av kvinnor och att stärka dem, att anses vara i en priviligerad roll och ändå inte få tillgång till alla privilegium och hur vi behöver olika saker under olika faser i livet.  Vi pratar också om hur kvinnors värde tyvärr ofta sätts utifrån utseende och hur viktigt det är att kvinnor investerar i sig själva utöver detta. Hur begränsande det är att leva i ett samhälle där vi belönas för våra utseenden. 

Yomi Abiola är grundare av The Fem League, ett community som stöttar avancemanget av kvinnor. De ser på jämställdhet ur ett holistiskt perspektiv. Hon har även jobbat som modell och varit ansiktet utåt för Maybeline.
