In this inspiring episode of The MADE Fitz Show, host Melissa McAllister welcomes Veronica Kissling, a purpose and mindset coach known for helping impact-driven founders discover their life's purpose and integrate it into their businesses. Melissa kicks off the conversation by encouraging listeners to reflect on their own goals and limiting beliefs while exploring Veronica's insights on personal and professional growth. Veronica, who by age 22 had already managed eight-figure projects and collaborated with C-suite executives, shares her journey from corporate finance to purpose-driven coaching. She explains how her early exposure to entrepreneurship, combined with personal experiences of overcoming limiting beliefs, shaped her mission to empower others. Through her work in subconscious rewiring, Veronica helps entrepreneurs and individuals uncover deep-seated beliefs that may be holding them back, and replace them with empowering thought patterns to accelerate success. The conversation delves into building businesses with purpose, rather than just products, emphasizing the importance of aligning a brand with personal values. Veronica highlights that businesses anchored in mission-driven authenticity tend to thrive, even in challenging times, citing the example of TOMS Shoes and its socially conscious model. Melissa and Veronica explore practical strategies for self-awareness, habit formation, and overcoming self-sabotage. Veronica encourages listeners to identify what their behaviors may be protecting them from—be it fear of judgment, failure, or even success—and emphasizes that conscious accountability can unlock untapped potential. Throughout the episode, Veronica provides actionable advice for listeners to reframe limiting beliefs, cultivate habits that serve their goals, and embrace a mindset of empowerment. Melissa reflects on her own experience during a recent transitional period, noting how Veronica's guidance resonates with her personal and professional life. This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to break through mental barriers, align with their purpose, and create a life and business that reflect their true potential. https://veronicakissling.com/ Melissa McAllister FNTP, FNC, RWP I wasn't always a health nut – in fact, I used to be a French Fries and Pepsi connoisseur! In this episode, the lads are finally paying off something from the anniversary show, and one of them is nervous as a sum bitch about it, and that leads us down the rabbithole of comics, crossovers, and a bit of unfortunate foreshadowing. After that opening, good ol Fitz shares a recent trip to the arcade to play some pinball and other cabinets of note, before dumb ol Doom shares what may be the root of his hatred for the brothers Warner. And finally, we end the show with breaking news and the death of a legend that brings the show to a screeching halt, so sit down and buckle up for a listen as we react in real time.

Mary & Blake recap and give their reaction to episode 1.04 of Outlander: Blood of My Blood, entitled "A Soldier's Heart" This week, they dive into the significance of Beltane, the portrayal of PTSD through Henry's character, and the evolving relationships between Julia/Henry and Brian/Ellen. They discuss fairy folklore, Outlander Easter eggs, and the chess-like moves of Ellen Mackenzie. Plus, enjoy a listener feedback segment featuring theories, favorite moments, and a few laughs about fake beards and more Midwest salad talk. Don't miss Blake's outlandish theory of the week and the always-fun five questions segment and why Blake is out on organizing silverware in the dishwasher. Also in this episode: Beltane's Significance: The episode explores the importance of Beltane as a liminal, magical night that serves as a catalyst for character decisions and plot convergence, providing both cover and opportunity for pivotal events. PTSD Portrayal: Henry's trauma and its impact on his daily life are thoughtfully discussed, with praise for the show's realistic and ongoing depiction of PTSD rather than treating it as a one-off issue. Relationship Dynamics: The hosts compare the relationships of Julia/Henry and Brian/Ellen, noting that viewers are more invested in Julia and Henry due to their developed backstory, while Brian and Ellen's relationship is still building. Outlander Lore and Easter Eggs: The episode is rich with references to Outlander history, including connections to Claire's parents, Mrs. Fitz, and the use of familiar locations and objects (like the turnip door and St. Anthony medallion). Listener Engagement: The podcast features a robust listener feedback segment, highlighting community theories, clarifications about Outlander canon, and humorous observations (like fake beards and Midwest salads). Ellen's Agency and Strategy: Ellen Mackenzie is portrayed as a planner and schemer, using her intelligence and resourcefulness to navigate her circumstances and potentially orchestrate major plot twists. Outlandish Theories and Predictions: Blake shares a detailed theory that all storylines will collide at Beltane, leading to reunions, betrayals, and a major turning point for the season, emphasizing the show's strong narrative setup.
