Greetings to all! Inside this recording, I wanted to speak on my visit to the Ophthalmologist which is referred to an eye doctor. As we get ready to close the 2020 year out, I would like for each and everyone to do a personal reflection on who they are and where they are heading.  3,4,5, Eye-Rise, You Rise, and We Rise!

The word Dormant had been pulling at my inner-self. A dormant is a space of temporary growth stunt or something that slows down due to conditions.  It is my prayer that something is said to uplift your soul. 

True healing takes place when one can be transparent with themselves. It may take deep sessions of therapy or connecting emotions with the actions. It is my prayer that you enjoy it and finds some gain of encouragement. Be Bless!

I will like to express how life works if we happen to turn the funnel upside down.  The natural flow for any substance in a funnel is to pour in the wider lid first and then let it slowly flow in. Inside of this recording, I will speak on different types of elevators. When a person gets on an elevator, he or she usually gets on the one for the general population verse the services or freight elevator. Which elevator do you prefer? Enjoy! 

 Often times we are still holding on to old things. In this recording, it is my prayer I share how do we remove self? Roots are something that we try to avoid because of fear that may cause someone or something to not grow the same.

In this recording, I go back to a childhood game I used to play. One of the objectives was to make it back to home base. I have been guilty of allowing other people or things to tag me out before I made it safely back to home base. It is my prayer that each SOUL stays his or her course without someone else tagging them.  

In this recording it is my prayer, each listener has the opportunity to heal their pain or disappointment with a kiss. The images that were given to me at that appointed time were beautiful.   

I took the D.N.A to equal out to the negotiation of personal well-being. Yes, we all have been guilty of compromising ourselves, soul, happiness, job, relationship, to make an opposite side feel good. It is my prayer each SOUL stay truth to the task that is upon his or her life.  

Inside of this recording, I will like to speak in terms of the lie we tell ourselves. We all may have been guilty of telling ourselves things are okay when they are not. It is my prayer that we become more truthful with self.  

In this recording, it is my prayer each person be inspired to stay true with their soul agreement with self. As a human race, we make a promise to a lot of people and things but what about ourselves. 

Are we polite with inner self? In this recording, I speak about given ourselves a courtesy call. I am a believer if we are nice and kind with our own well being. We have an opportunity to be nice and kind and pure to someone else. 

The notation of anyone pain or hurt is not about the individual. I will like to share the importance of the blood and it covering to help others. 

In the recording, I equate a computer or technology viruses with the SOUL. In this recording, it is my prayer that each listener will be able to hear and see, the importance of upgrading they're well being of the SOUL. 

In this recording, I will share how to seek out your prey.  Many times people will use you for personal gain and your heart suffer. 

Moving forward in life or with life is something we all must do. In this recording, I will share some pointers that our past need us to heal. No, we do not have to be there with them but allowing your Soul to be free and connect with their pain is beautiful. 

After coming out of meditation, I will speak on the cover of love. When I look at the cover it is a place of concealment or protection. Often times we love people and things and protect them but we fail to protect our SOUL. It is time for us to get comfortable with ourselves. 

Often times we forgive people but what about our SOUL. In this recording, I will like to share how important it is to forgive your SOUL as well. 

I will share a moment regarding life on how to be thankful.

How smooth is your inner being/SOUL? Allow your SOUL to move with peace and love. Be inspired!

This recording is to inspire someone not to cheat themselves. Allow your SOUL to see the judge for it self.  

In this recording, I speak on the importance of an Ant Colony. Often times ants are looked upon as small insect that travel but I would see them in a way it takes teamwork to build their colony. It is my prayer that each person understand the level of their teammate. Be Blessed and Be Inspired.

I was shown how to save your energy in the most scared and insecure place. Don’t fight the Universe.

I express the pan of your true SOUL. If you need to change out your bulb the time is now. Let your light house pan bright from within.

This brings me back to a childhood game I used to play. The objective of the game is to ask someone for permission before making the next moved. I encourage you to give yourself permission to take the pure and truth regarding your well- being.

When fishing on the bank, it leaves a person on dry ground. To catch something worth something you must go deeper in the water. Well, our SOUL works the same way. For you to understand yourself worth you must go deeper from within. If someone throws you back, just know that you have an opportunity to swim further out and your quality become enhance with wisdom and pure love.

I saw images of two souls pouring energy into each other. We are either given life or taken life. It is my pray that we learn how to share what is in our saucer with each other.

To make a point on a graph or axle a person must run than rise. Each motions of life we should set our intention to something so just when Karma serve us we are okay with it. Universe will bring things for each one of us.    

My eyelids showed me people twin together and dancing. I will speak on how radiant your well- being is a must and it should flow in harmony.

What lives inside of you will come out of you understand yourself. Often time we give ourselves, time, ideas, and energy to others and our ingredients doesn’t fit their recipe.

Small images would show up in the back of my eyelids. I saw images rise and down. My soul started to move and flow with a level of Grace. Message that I will like to send out is no matter what life show you Grace can settled it. Just believe and Love from your Soul.

This is my story of what brought me to 345 EYE RISE. I fell deeply in love with John. John had won my mother and daughter's hearts. Yes, we spent only a short period together but it was very intense. I was wanting to help and healed John's pain that he could not see and love him whole. Well, lets just say I did not know myself. John and I were in the same religion organization. My expectations I had placed on man failed me dearly. The two common places in Western Culture that are designed for healing churches and doctors were not my go-to stops. I felt as though the side effects would be greater than my pain. At this moment, my body started to have different images behind my eyelids and than and only than my SOUL would speak to me. EYE RISE, YOU RISE, WE RISE!!!!
