Serial Killer Angel Maturino Resendiz, also known as the Railroad Killer, struck fear into so many families during the 1900s. This senseless killer struck his victims at random, leaving several small towns living in fear. Over the years he was suspected to have committed as many as 23 murders, some even involving sexual assault.
