Beartooth Performance was founded on the concept that fitness backed by science should be accessible to everyone. It is our mission to debunk the slew of false fitness and nutrition myths that plague our society in a way that actually makes sense.

2021 brought a lot of change and growth to Beartooth. We changed our name from Beartooth CrossFit to Beartooth Performance. As our programs and member base evolves, we look to provide a variety of programs (sports specific, GPP, nutrition) to the Billings community.

Instant gratification is the desire to experience pleasure or fulfillment without delay or deferment. Basically, it's when you want it; and you want it now. Our society thrives on instant gratification, making it difficult for many of us to wrap our minds around the world of fitness and nutrition, where instant results/gratification does not exist.
