12/3/2025 - The main purpose of this podcast was to get everyone locked in for the completion of 2025 and into the New Year!! There are numerous ways to handle the holidays and many people tell themselves that they will "start strong" at the beginning of the New Year. We don't believe in that mindset, and we honestly worry and are concerned for those who feel like they will be able to get right b ack into the swing of things "easily".
