Most Parkinson's treatments focus on replacing dopamine—but what if a medication could target some of the underlying disease processes instead? In this episode, we take a closer look at Fasudil, an experimental therapy that is generating interest in the Parkinson's research community. Originally developed for a completely different neurological condition, Fasudil is now being studied for its potential effects on neuroinflammation, alpha-synuclein accumulation, cellular repair mechanisms, and other pathways involved in Parkinson's disease. We'll discuss: What Fasudil is and how it works The role of ROCK inhibition in Parkinson's research Potential effects on inflammation and alpha-synuclein What animal studies have shown so far The current status of human clinical trials What people with Parkinson's should know right now While Fasudil is not currently an approved treatment for Parkinson's disease, it represents an exciting example of how researchers are looking beyond dopamine to develop future therapies that may one day slow disease progression. AI Affiliate Fraud and the New Era of Partner Vetting

    AffiliateINSIDER - Affiliate Marketing Podcast

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 2, 2026 32:32

AI is creating new opportunities for affiliate marketers — but it is also lowering the barriers for AI affiliate fraud. In this episode of the Affiliate Marketing Podcast, Lee-Ann Johnstone sat down with Tautvydas Vasiliauskas, Head of Marketing at FirstPromoter, to explore how artificial intelligence is changing affiliate marketing, from improving productivity and automation to creating new challenges around fake partners, fake content, scalable fraud, and affiliate partner vetting. With more than a decade of experience across affiliate marketing, SaaS, e-commerce, and subscription businesses, Tautvydas shares his perspective on why the industry needs to prepare for a new wave of AI-driven risks while still embracing the opportunities the technology creates. The conversation covers how AI can help affiliate managers automate reporting, analysis, outreach, and campaign management, while also discussing why relationships remain one of the most important parts of successful affiliate programs. They also explore how AI is bringing back old affiliate fraud techniques in new forms: fake websites, private blog networks, AI-generated influencers, and synthetic content. Tautvydas explains what affiliate managers can do to strengthen affiliate fraud prevention and identify suspicious partners before they affect their programs.Key Talking Points: AI Affiliate Fraud and Partner VettingHow AI is improving affiliate program management and productivityWhy relationship building remains the core responsibility of affiliate managersHow AI is bringing old fraud tactics back at a much larger scaleWhy fake websites, AI-generated influencers, and synthetic content are growing risksThe importance of creating partner quality checklistsHow affiliate managers can identify suspicious traffic and engagement patternsWhy quality over quantity should become the new mindset for partner recruitmentHow AI will impact partner vetting and fraud detection in the futureHow AI Is Changing Affiliate Program Management AI is changing the way affiliate teams operate.Tautvydas explains that many companies are using AI to become more efficient, especially as teams become leaner and businesses look to achieve more with fewer resources. Affiliate managers are already using AI for tasks such as partner discovery, outreach creation, reporting, analysis, and automating repetitive workflows. However, the biggest opportunity is not replacing relationships. Tautvydas highlights that building connections with partners will always remain a key responsibility of affiliate managers.Instead, AI can remove time-consuming operational tasks, allowing managers to focus more on strategy, partnerships, and growth. The same technology that improves efficiency, however, can also be used by bad actors. How AI Is Scaling Affiliate Fraud Affiliate marketing has always faced fraud challenges.Tautvydas explains that many of the tactics the industry has seen before are returning in a new form. Previously, creating fake websites, manipulating SEO, or building private blog networks required technical skills and significant effort.AI has changed that.Today, anyone can create multiple websites, generate content, build social profiles, or create fake influencers without needing advanced technical knowledge. The biggest change AI brings is scale. For affiliate managers, this creates a new challenge: distinguishing genuine partners from those using AI to appear legitimate. Why Affiliate Partner Vetting Should Prioritize Quality Affiliate managers are often under pressure to grow programs quickly and recruit as many partners as possible. But Tautvydas believes this mindset needs to change. The focus should move from quantity to quality — taking the time to properly evaluate partners before allowing them into a program. This means creating stronger vetting processes, checking content quality, analysing traffic patterns, and looking for genuine engagement signals.A smaller number of trusted partners can create better long-term results than a large number of unknown publishers that could create risk.Listen to Learn More About AI Affiliate Fraud and Partner Vetting How AI is helping affiliate managers automate everyday tasksWhy relationships remain the most important part of affiliate marketingHow fake websites and AI-generated content are changing affiliate fraudThe warning signs of fake publishers and influencersWhy affiliate programs need stronger partner quality checksHow AI could shape the future of partner vetting and fraud preventionEpisode Timestamps 05:40 – How AI is helping affiliate managers improve productivity 10:45 – The history of affiliate fraud and why old tactics are returning 12:20 – How AI lowers the barrier for creating fake websites and content 17:00 – How affiliate managers can identify suspicious partners 22:10 – Building a partner quality checklist for affiliate programs 25:58 – Why quality over quantity should guide partner recruitment 27:27 – What the future of AI and affiliate fraud could look likeListen to the Affiliate Marketing Podcast AI is changing affiliate marketing — creating new opportunities for efficiency while introducing new challenges around trust, transparency, and partner quality.Tautvydas shared practical advice on how affiliate managers can use AI effectively while protecting their programs from emerging fraud risks. On episode 152 of the BJJ Balance Podcast, Mat shows up to the soccer field mohawk and all, and the guys open up about the side-eye he gets from suburban dads, his wife's reaction to the new look, and why 42 felt like the last chance to try it. From there they get serious fast, breaking down a viral video of a grappler getting stacked in a triangle and reportedly left paralyzed, and Mat lays out his hard rule for staying safe when your legs go over your head. That leads into a genuine, respectful tangent on why older jiu jitsu athletes — the "jiu jitsu dads" sacrificing family time and health to keep training — deserve more credit than they get, and how context gets stripped out of viral clips to manufacture outrage. Mat and Kenny dig into the messy business side of the sport too: whether mega gyms and 30-40 school empires like Eddie Bravo's or Tom DeBlass's are smart business when an affiliate's scandal can blow back on the whole brand, the ongoing "poke the bear" beef around online jiu jitsu credibility, and Mat's own personal story of splitting from one team to follow his black belt lineage to a different professor. They talk ADCC's uncertain future and why Saudi money could bring it roaring back, ADCC-style, the culture clash between mega gyms and boutique schools, and ongoing "exposing" callouts in the jiu jitsu community that require better vetting before piling on. Later, Mat shares his most embarrassing white belt story — losing his cool and slamming the mat rolling with an ADCC champion who was barely trying — plus real talk on why competing (not just rolling in the gym) is the fastest way to get better, why there's no timeline on skill, and a rapid-fire top five clowns list to close it out. Emily Fauver grew up surrounded by addiction, abandonment, foster care, abuse, and circumstances that could have written the rest of her story for her. But somewhere along the way, she made a decision: "I won't be a statistic." In Part 1 of our conversation, Emily opens up about the childhood experiences that shaped her, the cycles she was determined to break, and what it took to believe her future could look completely different from her past. We talk about childhood trauma, generational patterns, resilience, identity, and the moment you realize where you came from does not have to determine where you're going. Whether you heard Emily's story when it first aired or you're discovering it for the first time, there's a reason this became one of the most-listened-to episodes of all time. This is Part 1. It is December 22nd. You have three last-minute sessions on the calendar because a family messaged you begging for updated photos before the grandparents arrive, and you said yes. It is 11:30pm, you are culling one gallery with five more stacked behind it, and your own family keeps asking when you will be done with work.Sound familiar? Here is what took me way too many years to figure out: the December you get is not decided in December. It is decided in September. The choices you make over the next four to six weeks around your numbers and your marketing determine whether your holiday season has margin in it or whether you get burned to a crisp by New Year's Eve. So today I am spilling the tea on the exact three things I am working on in my own photography business right now, at the end of August, and how each one connects to what December and January will actually look like.I am also sharing something personal: I am taking January, February, and March off for maternity leave with baby number three. None of this is hypothetical for me. It is my literal September to-do list. What you'll hear in this episodeWhy saying yes to every December session is not a discipline problem (it is a missing system)How to calculate your December number, and the three pieces most photographers skipThe tax percentage I set aside every single month, no exceptionsWhy fall is peak season for shiny object syndrome and how to spot it before you check outThe farming analogy that explains why your January is dead silentAnd so much more!!!! Solving affiliate attribution for app businesses - Michael Butler (Insert Affiliate)

After realizing the customer acquisition cost with Apple Search Ads and Meta Ads was too high to scale his app, Michael Butler looked for a better acquisition model. In the process, he discovered an opportunity to solve an overlooked growth marketing problem: no reliable way to track app transactions back to the affiliates or influencers driving them. In this episode, the Insert Affiliate founder explains how app marketers can turn creator partnerships into a measurable acquisition channel using attribution links, referral codes, and real-time transaction tracking. Michael also shares why engaged micro-influencers can outperform larger creators, how to structure revenue share, and why affiliate marketing is becoming more compelling as traditional user acquisition costs continue to rise. Questions Michael Butler answered in this episode: What is affiliate marketing, and how does it work specifically for mobile apps? How can app marketers attribute transactions and revenue back to individual affiliates and creators? What problem led Michael to build Insert Affiliate? Why has affiliate marketing historically been underused compared with traditional paid UA? What does a simple affiliate marketing program look like for an app launching one for the first time? Which types of apps and verticals tend to perform best with affiliate marketing? What does “optionality” in affiliate attribution mean, and why does it matter? Is it better to recruit hundreds of affiliates or focus on a smaller group of highly engaged creators? Should app marketers compensate creators with flat fees, recurring revenue share, or a combination of both? How much commission should an app offer its affiliates, and should that commission be based on installs or sales? Launch Your Box Podcast with Sarah Williams | Start, Launch, and Grow Your Subscription Box

Have you thought about adding affiliate marketing to your subscription box business but you're not sure where to start? Are you wondering where to find good affiliates and how to manage them on the back end? This episode is for you!  Today we're diving into all things affiliate marketing for your subscription box business. I'll explain how affiliate marketing can significantly boost your revenue, expand your customer base, and strengthen your subscription box brand.  Affiliate marketing is a performance-based marketing strategy where brands reward individuals (affiliates) for marketing or driving traffic and sales to their services or products, including subscription boxes. This type of marketing is a win/win for both the brand and the affiliate.  Wondering how affiliate marketing works?  A subscription box owner creates an incentive (one-time or recurring) and generates specific links or codes for each affiliate to allow for accurate tracking. Each affiliate promotes that subscription box owner's box on their own platforms to their own audiences. For every action taken (i.e., subscribing) the affiliate is paid the incentive.  To get started:  Identify what makes a good affiliate for your brand Clearly define your ideal customer and niche and use affiliates who have the same person in their audience.  Make sure any potential affiliate aligns with your beliefs and morals.  Finding potential affiliates Start with your subscribers - do any of them already have a following?  Look at influencers who have the same ideal customer - bloggers, YouTubers, TikTokers, other content creators.  Follow them, like and comment on their content, start building a relationship before approaching them about being an affiliate.  Build an affiliate program that is a win/win for both parties Define your commission structure. Options include:  Recurring revenue share - what % of your profit?  One time payment upon sign up.  Set up affiliate software - I use Affiliately - and set up a payment schedule.  Create assets for affiliates - make it easy for them to promote! Email swipe files Graphics with different formats Social media captions Schedules and timelines Send links regularly Affiliate marketing is an important part of my subscription box marketing strategy. In fact, in my recent launch (which happens to be my biggest launch ever), 22% of all sales came from my 5 affiliates!  Join me for this episode as I walk you through how to use affiliate marketing in your subscription box business. Vincenzo is an expert in optimizing and scaling brands on Amazon. He is the CEO of e-commerce, where they have helped more than 1000 local, national and international brands. Sell more on Amazon globally. E-commerce is a full service Amazon consultancy providing tactical execution support and strategic consulting services for Amazon sellers and vendors focused on mid to large size brands. E-commerce uses a specialist consulting framework, deep analytical ability and powerful technology to grow their customers revenue on Amazon. So with that introduction, welcome to the show Vincenzo.Vincenzo 00:00:46  Thank you. Josh, it's a pleasure and thank you for having me on Vincenzo.Josh 00:00:49  I'm super curious to dive into like the influencer marketing in the blogs, like how are you reaching out to these influencers and how are you Negotiating, you know, payment for these because a lot of influencers, it's like you have to pay me a thousand bucks just for me to post it, and then it will be on my story for 24 hours, and then it's gone.Josh 00:01:12  Right? And you're like, wow, I've got to make a lot of money. I've got to make a lot of sales. Yeah, in those 24 hours to make it worth it. So tell me about, you know, a how you're finding these influencers and bloggers, and then B, what type of payment structure are you coming up with.Vincenzo 00:01:29  Sure. So the first tip and this would be for YouTube. One thing that my team does, and of course the only downside of this is that it's very manual work. So it's going to be time consuming if you don't want to use a platform, but still it's an option to do it. So what you will do is you go to YouTube and let's say you want to do vitamin C, right? So you're gonna put all is the name of the product. And then then you put Amazon. So it could be vitamin C, Amazon or top vitamin C Amazon. And the reason why you put Amazon is because at the end of the day, YouTube is a search engine.Vincenzo 00:01:59  And that is gonna matches most of the time with videos that say top ten vitamin C on Amazon, or even if it's not title, it's gonna match it with the link of the influencer. Because if these guys do influence, they have an Amazon influencer account. The links that they put in the description have the Amazon world on it. Therefore, the search engine is going to match me with those videos. And that's the first filtering. I already know. Which ones are the guys that have been working with Amazon brands in the past. They know how the whole ecosystem works, and it's easier than working with a person that, you know, they just do blogs and they don't even have an idea about what is selling on Amazon. So I want to make sure they speak the same language. That's the first thing. The second thing is when it comes to payment terms. So these are different ways you can do it. So the first way of doing it is a matching the Amazon Commission as I mentioned.Vincenzo 00:02:50  So for example if they do 3% or 5% for Amazon with double, so we give 610% to them. Another option that we do is to write them matching the the commission. We might do just a flat fee, right? Maybe initially, when you know that relationship still doesn't exist with influence, it would do a flat fee, which I know sometimes it can be heavy, as you mentioned. But again, there there are many ways for you to, you know, analyze the, the actual YouTube channel. There are tools that you put the, the hashtag and it gives you like the history, the views, engagement and so on. And that can give you like a good idea about how good this influencer is. And based on that, if this guy asks you for 1000, but then you see that the average likes for videos like two likes, you see that that traffic is fake. So that's a red flag. And the third option, which is this is the most difficult to get. But if you get this, I would say this one is the best way.Vincenzo 00:03:46  It's basically you you transform this person into an ambassador, right. So an ambassador means that basically they become like the face of your product, and they basically talk about your product and pretty much every single video. Like it could be a banner at the beginning or you start sponsoring ...

What if the reason manifestation isn't working has nothing to do with asking for the wrong thing? What if you're simply missing the step between asking and receiving? In this week's episode, I sit down with manifestation expert, author, and speaker Kelsey Aida for a conversation that completely shifted the way I think about manifestation, resistance, aligned action, and creating the next version of your life. So many of us know how to visualize. We journal. We meditate. We say the affirmations. We create the vision board. But then we go right back into our day stressed, frustrated, forcing, overworking, and focusing on everything that isn't working. That's where we get stuck. Kelsey explains that between ASKING and RECEIVING comes the piece so many of us miss: ALIGNMENT. This conversation is especially powerful if you're in midlife and asking yourself: What do I want this next chapter to look and feel like? You don't have to force your way there. You don't have to pretend everything is perfect. And you definitely don't have to spend every second vibrating at some impossibly high frequency. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is identify what's creating resistance, get yourself back into alignment, and take the next inspired action.   Kelsey's new book, The Manifesting Fix, goes even deeper into identifying the resistance and blockages keeping us from the goals and dreams we desire. Many creators dream of building an empire, but how many actually pull it off while still making time for family and personal passions? That's what I wanted to dig into with Ben Greenfield. He's been podcasting since 2008 and has built a massive personal brand around health and wellness. But what really fascinated me is how he's leveraged that brand to launch not just one, but two other businesses that are scaling to entirely different levels: a supplements company and a revolutionary health tech platform.I sat down with Ben to break down his entire revenue pie, his strategies for growing multiple companies, and how he keeps his personal brand from becoming the bottleneck in his rapidly expanding empire. If you've built a creator business and are wondering what it would take to turn it into something much bigger, I think you'll get a lot from this episode.Timestamps:00:00 Introduction01:12 The early days of podcasting03:00 Early revenue and online ventures04:15 The lightbulb moment: Scaling IP online05:59 Mapping out Ben Greenfield Life revenue06:33 Audience and platform scale07:31 Podcast revenue breakdown09:18 Coaching and its growth potential11:03 Life Network and Life Market12:16 Total personal brand revenue breakdown13:19 Integrated ad packages and whitelisting16:09 Affiliate revenue and long-term partnerships17:27 Team structure for Ben Greenfield Life20:29 Lessons for scaling content businesses22:45 Lifestyle design and work-life balance23:52 Launching Kion28:44 Disentangling personal brand from Kion31:32 Leveraging brand for launch, then scaling independently35:44 The new venture39:55 Life OS's rapid growth and scale42:47 The power of recurring revenue models44:31 Intentional scaling beyond personal brand47:47 Building an empire vs. a lifestyle business49:30 Ben's daily lifestyle and routine52:16 Wrap-up and where to find BenIf you enjoyed this episode, please like and subscribe, share it with your friends, and leave a review. Episode Title: Can You Keep the House in Divorce? Mortgage Assumptions, Refinancing & the Mistakes to AvoidEpisode Description: Keeping the house in divorce? Learn how mortgage assumptions, refinancing, home equity buyouts, and divorce-decree wording can affect your future. For many families, deciding what to do with the home is one of the most emotional—and financially significant—parts of divorce. Selling is not always the only answer. Keeping it is not always the right answer, either. The key is getting the right information before your agreement is final. In this episode of Doing Divorce Different, Lesa Koski talks with divorce mortgage specialist Brett Leschinsky about what it really takes to keep the house in divorce. They explain why a low interest rate should not be the only factor in your decision, how a name-delete mortgage assumption works, and why the spouse keeping the home must qualify using post-divorce income and debt. You will also learn the critical difference between being on the title and being on the loan, how missed payments can affect an ex-spouse whose name remains on the mortgage, and why precise divorce-decree wording may influence whether an equity payment is treated as a buyout or a cash-out refinance. Brett also shares when temporarily keeping both names on a loan may work—and why trust, timing, and a detailed exit plan matter. If you are wondering whether you can keep the house in divorce, refinance after divorce, assume your current mortgage, or buy another home before the divorce is final, this conversation will help you ask smarter questions before signing your decree. Listen, save, and share this episode with anyone facing decisions about divorce, real estate, or mortgage financing.Timestamps (approximate)(00:00) Introduction: Can you afford to keep the house in divorce?(02:50) How Brett became a divorce mortgage specialist(07:15) The emotional and financial sides of keeping the family home(09:00) Why higher interest rates changed divorce negotiations(11:45) Mortgage assumptions: where to start and whom to call(15:30) Qualifying with post-divorce income, debts, and debt-to-income ratios(20:55) Why divorce-decree wording matters to mortgage underwriting(23:00) Home-equity buyout versus cash-out refinance(26:00) DIY divorce paperwork and when limited-scope legal help may matter(29:50) Title versus loan: ownership is not the same as repayment responsibility(34:20) Risks of leaving both spouses on the loan after divorce(38:40) Final advice and Brett's mortgage-rate handbookProduction note: Replace these estimates with exact player timestamps after the final audio edit, especially if advertisements or an introduction are added.Key TakeawaysDo not automatically sell the home—or automatically fight to keep it. Compare the full post-divorce cost of ownership with realistic alternatives, including rent.A mortgage assumption is never guaranteed. Confirm that the servicer allows it and learn its underwriting requirements before the divorce is finalized. The spouse keeping the home generally must qualify using post-decree income and debts; servicers may apply different debt-to-income limits.Title and loan responsibility are separate. A quitclaim deed can change ownership, but it does not remove a borrower from the loan. The wording in the divorce decree can affect financing options. Coordinate with a divorce mortgage specialist and legal professional before signing—not after.Guest BioBrett Leschinsky is a Minnesota mortgage consultant (NMLS #334641) who has worked in mortgage lending since 2002 and specializes in home-financing issues connected to divorce. After discovering that traditional mortgage advice did not always fit divorcing families, he committed himself to helping clients and family-law professionals understand assumptions, refinancing, equity buyouts, loan qualification, and timing. Brett has discussed divorce mortgage mistakes on WCCO's Real Estate Radio Hour and has presented educational programs for family-law attorneys.Resource LinksConnect with Brett Leschinsky / Mortgage Forest: https://mortgageforest.com/Contact Brett or request his Divorce Handbook: https://mortgageforest.com/contact/OsteoStrong Minnesota: https://osteostrongmn.com/affiliate-referral-koski/ (affiliate link)Soberlink for Family Law: https://www.soberlink.com/divorce/family-law?utm_source=affiliatelink&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=lesa-koski-affiliatelink (affiliate link)Affiliate disclosure: Some links may be affiliate links, which means Lesa may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.Tags/Keywordskeeping the house in divorce, divorce mortgage, mortgage assumption after divorce, refinance after divorce, home equity buyout divorce, divorce and real estate, name delete assumption, remove spouse from mortgage, divorce decree mortgage wording, title versus mortgage, quitclaim deed divorce, buying a home during divorce, divorce financial planning, family home after divorce, divorce mortgage specialist, Minnesota divorce, divorce mediation, Doing Divorce Different, Lesa Koski, Brett Leschinsky

Have you ever looked in the mirror and said, "I am confident. I am abundant. I love my body," while a voice inside you immediately responded, "Yeah...no you don't"? If affirmations have ever made you feel like a fraud instead of making you feel empowered, this episode is for you. I LOVE mindset work. I believe our thoughts shape our lives. But I've learned that repeating words your brain doesn't believe can actually create more internal resistance. The problem isn't affirmations. It's the gap between what you're saying and what you actually believe. In this episode, I'm breaking down how to close that gap and use affirmations in a way your brain can actually get behind. We're talking about: • Why traditional affirmations sometimes leave us feeling worse instead of better • The connection between identity, behavior, and the results we're creating • How to use "bridge affirmations" like "I'm becoming," "I'm learning," and "more and more" • Why confidence comes from evidence, not simply repeating words • How keeping small promises to yourself changes your identity • Why affirmations without action create frustration • How to use your past wins as evidence of who you already are • The question you can ask TODAY to start becoming the woman you want to be This is especially powerful in midlife because so many of us are deciding who we want to be in this next chapter. We're not starting over. We're becoming. And you don't need to convince yourself that you're someone you're not. You need to start creating evidence for the woman you know you're here to become. Your life doesn't change because you repeated the perfect words. It changes one aligned action at a time. Listen now, and send this episode to the friend who has a bathroom mirror covered in sticky notes.

In this episode Michele Riechman talks about the connection between your thoughts, emotions, mindset, and behavior and how the stories you tell yourself can affect your health and everyday life. I am giving you a behind-the-scenes peek at the session I recorded for the 2026 Black Friday Summit, which runs August 25 through August 27, and my session takes a different angle than most of the others you will see there. The other speakers walk you through a Black Friday that already happened. I am walking you through the plan I am building right now for my own photography business, before the cart ever opens. Here is the tough love I lead with: panic marketing is a pricing problem wearing a marketing costume. Quarter one is slower than molasses for most of us, and when January shows up with an empty calendar and no plan, we start slashing prices to get somebody, anybody, on the books. Thinking ahead is a skill you can train, not a personality trait you were born with, so in this episode I am spilling the tea on the seven steps I am working through for my own branding photography sale. CinemAddicts Episode 357 features Eric Holmes and I reviewing the new movies Do Us Part, An Eye For An Eye, Feed and Elijah Peel. The first 20 minutes has us bantering back and forth as Eric talks about Ice Cream Man and his new girlfriend. I discuss my love for the Anza Burrito (only $11) which is served up at The Anza Hotel. Thx to fellow cinephile Julia for the awesome food.  Eric also really dug this upcoming documentary To Use A Mountin, and it has its Colardo premiere at The Mimesis Festival 8/11 in Boulder. If you are in the area, say hi to Eric and catch the Documentary! After all that chatter, we get into movies: Timestamps 20:00 - Feed /

My list is pretty light-hearted this season, but no matter what is on your list or mine, the practice is what matters. Notice what is happening in your life, the good things that make it lighter, easier, or better, and celebrate them.Helpful Companion LinksOrder my book The PLAN or ask your library to consider carrying a copy. The board game Magical AthleteBrick deviceEadem sunscreen primer stickMerit minimalist stick in oakThe Rhode pocket blush in the color pinky tanThe PlaybooksSign up for our every-other-week podcast recap email called Latest Lazy Listens.Sign up for my once-a-month newsletter, The Latest Lazy Letter.Grab a copy of my book The Lazy Genius KitchenorThe Lazy Genius Way!
