Anita is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Director of Insight Therapies Counselling and Consulting in Wodonga, Victoria, a clinic that specialises in trauma informed care and Animal Assisted Therapy. Anita shares her story of her journey to mental health accreditation and reflects on her experience, and what she learned about herself after receiving her accreditation.
