The Behavioral Breakdown Podcast takes a deeper look at the connection between the science of human behavior (known as Behavior Analysis) and Martial Arts. Each episode features a guest from various styles of martial arts and seeks to analyze and breakdown the nuances in each martial art into understandable terms for both the experienced and novice martial artists. Our guests range from martial artists from all walks of life and look to gain their insight in their respective arts and disseminate their knowledge to our listeners.
