Ožas zudums un izmaiņas rokrakstā - šīs ir vienas no savdabīgākajām iespējamajām pazīmēm slimībai, ar ko sirgst miljoniem cilvēku pasaulē. Viena no neirodeģeneratīvām saslimšanām, kas skar vairāk nekā 10 miljonus pasaulē, ir Parkinsona slimība. un šobrīd tā tiek uzskatīta par vienu no straujāk augošajām nervu sistēmas slimībām. Pazīstama ar izteiktu muskuļu trīci, kas laika gaitā apgrūtina gan runas, gan ikdienas darba spējas. Kā to diagnosticē, ārstē un pēta? Raidījumā Zināmais nezināmajā skaidro P. Stradiņa klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas neiroloģes Ramona Valante un Krista Lazdovska. "Ja runājam par neiroģeneratīvajām slimībām, pie kurām pieder arī Parkinsona slimība, pasaulē tiek lēsts pēc epidemioloģiskiem datiem, ka šī ir viena no slimību grupām, kur sagaidāma epidēmija. Mēs parasti runājam par epidēmiju, par vīrusu slimībām, kas ātri izplatās. Kopumā, ņemot vērā, ka sabiedrībai ir tendence novecot, ilgāk dzīvot, mazāk nomirt no infekciju slimībām, no kardiovaskulārām slimībām, tad neirodeģeneratīvās slimības paliek aizvien biežākas un un izplatītākas visā pasaulē un arī Latvijā," norāda Ramona Valante. "Galvenais riska faktors joprojām ir vecums. Jo vecāki mēs kļūstam, jo lielāks risks ir šai slimībai," atzīst Krista Lazdovska. "60 gadu vecumā tas varētu būt viens līdz 5 procenti, 80 gadu vecumā jau vismaz 5% varētu slimot ar Parkinsona slimību. Bet skaidri pierādīta ir pesticīdu iedarbība. Francijā cilvēki, kas strādā lauksaimniecībā, var Parkinsona slimību kārtot kā arodsaslimšanu. Kopumā zinām, ka viss, kas ietekmē smadzeņu veselību, ietekmēs arī arī neirodeģenerāciju un iespējamu slimības attīstību. Gan sirds asinsvadu veselības aspekts, gan arī dažādas toksiskas vielas var būt iesaistītas, gan arī sporta trūkums, protams, arī ģenētiskie faktori." Ārstes norāda, ka ar Parkinsona slimību saslimst arī gados jauni cilvēki. "Tas ir mīts, kad Parkinsona slimība ir tikai vecāka gadagājuma cilvēkiem. Parkinsona slimība var parādīties jebkurā vecumā," atzīst Ramona Valante. "Kopumā Parkinsona slimību uzskata par multifaktoriālu, kas nozīmē, ka vairāki faktori iedarbojas, mēs nevaram pateikt, kurš ir tas viens un galvenais, kas ir palaidis to slimību. Un man šobrīd īsti nav skaidrs, kādiem tiem faktoriem ir jāsakrīt, lai beigās būtu Parkinsona slimība. Diemžēl viņa var arī parādīties 30-40 gados bez ģenētiskā fona." "Parkinsona slimību mēs varētu skatīt kā tādu daļēji lietussargu, zem kura apakšā var būt katram sava slimība, savi simptomi," skaidro Krista Lazdovska. "Bet pirmais, pēc kura spriedīsim, ka tā ir tieši Parkinsona slimība, šie pacienti kļūst lēnāki. Tas ir tāds pamatsimptoms. Mēs skatāmies, vai šis kustību temps ir zudis." Pacienti to izjūt dažādi. Kāds to izjūtu gaitā, ka kļūst lēnāks, soļu garums samazinās. Kāds izjūt, piemēram, kad kaut ko gatavo. No rīta grib uztaisīt omleti un kuļ olu, un roka pēc pāris tiem apgriezieniem kļūst arvien lēnāka. Lēnīgums ir pamatsimptoms. Tai pievienojas miera trīce. Ārste mudina nesatraukties tos, kam satraukumā nedaudz trīc rokas. Miera trīce ir "sarkanais karogs" Parkinsona slimībai. Cilvēks sēž mierīgi, neko nedara, rokas klēpī un skatās televizoru, un vienai rokai īkšķis vai plaukstas daļa patrīc. Tam pievienojas muskuļu stīvums. "Ja mēs runājam par klasisku Parkinsona slimību, šie simptomi sākumā ir vienpusēji, vienā ķermeņa pusē," bilst Krista Lazdovska.  "Ja pēkšņi vienu reizi neveikli sanācis notīrīt kartupeli, tas nenozīmē, ka ir slimība, jo Pārkinsona slimība viņa ir lēna un progresējoša. Izmainītās kustības paliek konstantas," papildina Ramona Valante.  Sākumā cilvēki nejūt tieši lēnīgumu, bet to, ka kustas citādi. Ja tās ir pāris reizes, par to nebūt jāsatraucas. Ja tas sāk traucēt ikdienā, tas ir brīdis, kad jāvēršas pie ārsta, jo Parkinsona slimība nepāriet.  "Ja cilvēks atnāk pie ārsta un pasaka: man šis sākas pirms mēneša, ārsts nedrīkst pat teikt, ka šī ir Parkinsona slimība. Mēs izvērtēsim pacientu, mēs paturam prātā, bet patiesībā, lai noteiktu, ka šī ir Parkinsona slimība, simptomiem ir jābūt vismaz trīs gadus," norāda Krista Lazdovska.  "Jautājums, vai tas nav novēloti? Diemžēl patiesība ir tāda, ka neviena neirodeģeneratīva slimību, tai skaitā Parkinsona slimība, nav izārstējama. Līdz ar to nevar nokavēt to, ko nevar izārstēt. Mēs varam ar medikamentiem un darbībām varam tikai uzturēt dzīves kvalitāti, bet ne izārstēt," atzīst Ramona Valante. Nacionālā Dabas muzejā turpmāk būs vērojama skeletiem veltīta ekspozīcija Mirkli pirms Latvijas Nacionālā dabas muzeja jaunās, pastāvīgās ekspozīcijas “Skeletārijs” atklāšanas esam satikušies ekspozīcijas zālē ar muzeja Zooloģijas nodaļas vadītāju, ornitologu Dmitrijs Boiko. Ekspozīcijā mūs ieskauj lieli un mazi visdažādāko dzīvnieku sugu skeleti un to daļas. No 11. decembra ikvienam to visu ir iespēja aplūkot jebkurā mirklī muzeja 5. stāvā. Dmitrijs Boiko kā ekspozīcijas darba grupas vadītājs norāda, ka “Skeletārija” ceļš iets vairākus gadus. Laika gaitā paši muzeja pārstāvji savu kolekciju papildinājuši ar jauniem galvaskausiem, bet, lai iegūtu pilnus dzīvnieku skeletus, atrasti lieliski sadarbības partneri - Latvijas Biozinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitātes Veterinārmedicīnas fakultāte Jelgavā. Tad uzsāktas sarunas, vai muzejs varētu deponēt fakultātes osteoloģiskās kolekcijas priekšmetus, un šim ierosinājumam gūta atsaucība. Tā tapis “Skeletārijs”. Savukārt muzeja vecākā ekoloģe Lauma Goldblate ekspozīcijā bijusi atbildīga par saturu un vislabāk zina stāstīt, pēc kāda principa “Skeletārijs” veidots. Atklājot ekspozīciju, Latvijas Nacionālā dabas muzeja direktore Skaidrīte Ruskule savā uzrunā norāda, ka līdz ar “Skeletārija” atklāšanu tiek pāršķirta vēstures lappuse. Ar “Skeletāriju” muzejs savā ziņā atvadās no kādreizējā ekspozīciju izteiktā vēsturiskā pieskāriena. Vienlaikus direktore uzsver, ka līdz šim nav pieredzēta neviena ekspozīcija, kurā būtu ieguldīts tik liels darbs eksponātu sagatavošanāS Skanot prieka čalām pēc “Skeletārija” atvēršanas, par savu darbu vēl pastāsta ekspozīcijas materiāla sagatavotāja un arī atsevišķu eksponātu restauratore Janta Meža. Lai eksponāti saglabātos ilgtermiņā, Janta tos mazgājusi ar ļoti smalkām smiltīm, dzeramo sodu, ūdeni, bet nolūzušās detaļas fiksējusi ar speciālu līmi. “Skeletārijs” Latvijas Nacionālajam dabas muzejam ir jauna latiņa, ne katram dabas muzejam ir šāda skeletu ekspozīcija, un, kā atklāšanā norādījis ekspozīcijas mākslinieciskā risinājuma autors Didzis Jaunzems, “Skeletārijs” pat atgādina dārglietu ateljē. 

Stāsta JVLMA  profesore, Muzikoloģijas katedras Etnomuzikoloģijas klases vadītāja, Zinātniski pētnieciskā centra vadošā pētniece Anda Beitāne; pārraides producente Maruta Rubeze Apdziedāšanās, pie suitiem kādreiz saukta arī par "gānīšanos", ir dziesmota cīņa starp divām pusēm. Tās ir dziedātāju grupas, kas viena otru aizskar un provocē, izmantojot tādus tekstus, ko pieklājīgā sabiedrībā ne vienmēr un ne katram ir pa spēkam izrunāt. Tā ir gan sacensība, gan rituāls, kā dēļ arī visi tie vārdi kļūst leģitīmi un atļauti. Apdziedāšanās īpaši raksturīga kāzu tradīcijām, taču iespējama arī citos gadījumos, tai skaitā dažādās mūsdienu situācijās. Vai arī, ja kāzās ir lūgtas, piemēram, "Suitu sievas", kas joprojām mēdz dāsni izdalīt katram pa pantiņam? Šis stāsts balstīts pirms vairāk kā 30 gadiem veiktos ieskaņojumos, par kuru tapšanu paldies pienākas ilggadējam Mūzikas akadēmijas profesoram un zinātniskā darba prorektoram Ludvigam Kārkliņam, kurš, kā izrādījās, arī bija suits. Tas atklājās brīdī, kad viņš mani, toreiz vēl maģistrantūras studenti, 1994. gadā uzaicināja uz akadēmijas rektorātu un piedāvāja izmantot pēdējo naudu, kas no zinātnes finansējuma pieejama lauka pētījumiem. Tas nāca kopā ar stingru nosacījumu, ka jābrauc tikai un vienīgi uz Alsungu pie suitiem, ko es arī labprāt darīju.    Tā bija pirmā reize, kad satikos ar "Suitu sievām", toreiz arī uzzinot, kā radies šāds nosaukums. Viena no visu laiku dižākajām suitenēm – Ilga Leimane – viņa arī ilggadēja etnogrāfiskā ansambļa "Suitu sievas" vadītāja, to skaidroja šādi: "To nosaukumu mēs esam ieguvušas no filmas "Pūt, vējiņi!" 1973. gadā. Mēs pašas tikai tās titros uzzinājām, ka esam "Suitu sievas". Tad mums tā arī tas iegājās, mēs to pieņēmām. Jā, tas ir pilnīgi loģiski, tur var pateikties kinorežisoram Gunāram Piesim. Tas ir ļoti labi, ka tā ir, ka mums ir beidzot savs nosaukums." ("Suitu sievas", 1994) Galvenā saucēja, citiem vārdiem, dziesmu sācēja jeb pirmā soliste, proti, tā, kura visus tos trakos pantiņus salasa un izdomā, toreiz bija Katrīna Spekmane, saukta par Lielo Trīni. Viņa atcerējās savas mammas stāstīto par apdziedāšanos viņas kāzās pagājušā gadsimta 20. gados, tātad, pirms aptuveni 100 gadiem. "Nu es varu pateikt tikai par mammu, kad mammai kāzas bija. (…) Un tagad tie nu visi tais kāzās ir. Nu apdziedājās – i sievas radi dzied un vīra radi. Un viņa teica, ka tiktāl, sākumā sāk ar siera gabaliem mētāties, ar baltmaizi, un tad jau iet arvien, arvien tuvāk lec jau, un nikni paliek, un mamma teica, jau sāk paķert pie lindrak' un stiept galdam pāri. Tā kā nemaz nav tik tas bijis pa jokam, tas jau gājis beigās jau nopietni." ("Suitu sievas", 1994) Suitenes arī stāsta, kā viņām ar apdziedāšanos gājis koncertos. Locītāja jeb otrā soliste, kura saucējas teikto tekstu atkārto jeb, kā suiti saka, loka dziesmas turpinājumā, Marija Steimane, visiem zināma kā Ručs jeb Ruč Marija, atceras: "Un arī mūsu tos koncertos. No sākuma mēs jau momentā nedodam piparus. Trīne no sākuma, vai nu Ilga kaut ko, nu mūsu tās saucējas, sevi pieteicam ar tādiem skaistiem vārdiem. Tiešām skaistiem. Tā kā pagājuš reizi mēs bijām piektdien tai Rīgā, tai Ilgai bij tik brīnišķīgi tie iesākuma vārdi. Tādi silti: "Ja būs silta istabiņa, tad būs jauka valodiņa." Nu tiešām liekās, kad dzied, nāk ārā no sirds visi tie vārdi." Trīne piebilst: "To bezkaunību jau dzied vēlāk tikai" un turpina: "Brīžam jau tā dzied, ka pašai kauns. Ručs man neloka tad, kad es pavisam aplam dziedu." Ručs turpretim saka: "Tad es grūžu sānos: es tev nelocīs! Un galvenais, viņai i jauni, jauni [panti] nāk. Kas jau iedziedāti, ta nekas, bet viņai katru reiz ir jauni, un tie, kas nav dzirdēti, man arī nāk smiekli, un smieties nedrīkst." Trīne atceras, ka reiz Kuldīgā viņas bijušas tikai trijatā: "Bet nu sāk dziedāt un Ručs vairāk neloca, nu tā kā muļķenes – pašas dzied un pašas smejās." Katrīna Antonoviča jeb Katiņa vēl tikai piebilst: "Nu, kad Trīne uzsāk šitās nelabās dziesmas, viņu nevar apturēt. Tad gandrīz pie brunčiem jāsauc, jāvelk prom." ("Suitu sievas", 1994) Šie un vēl citi tikpat un vēl sulīgi citāti kopā ar apdziedāšanās dziesmām, kur daži pantiņi veltīti arī Latvijas Radio skaņu inženierim Aivaram Štengelim un toreizējam šoferim Armandam Ziemanim, Latvijas simtgadē tika publicēti starptautiskā audiovizuālo izdevumu sērijā, ko izdod Vīnes Mūzikas un izpildītājmākslu universitātes tautas mūzikas pētniecības un etnomuzikoloģijas institūtā bāzētais Eiropas daudzbalsīgās mūzikas pētījumu centrs. Šo tekstu interpretācija angļu valodā bija patiesi aizraujošs process. Nav mazsvarīgs arī fakts, ka pirms vairāk nekā 30 gadiem veiktā ieraksta magnetofona lente, to digitalizējot, burtiski, izjuka Latvijas Radio skaņu režisora Vara Kurmiņa rokās. Viņa latviešu valodā izveidotā animācijas filma “Filmiņu filma” (“Film Film”) tikko ieguvusi balvu “2025. gada Labākā Britu animācijas filma” Londonas Starptautiskajā Animācijas Festivālā (LIAF). Intervijā Kultūras rondo viņš stāsta, kā atradis savu ceļu tieši plastilīna animācijā. Artūra Vobļikova vārds animācijā daudziem būs jaunums. Artūrs Vobļikovs dzīvo Londonā. Kas jūs aizrauj tieši plastilīna animācija? Artūrs Vobļikovs: Bērnībā man nebija zināšanu par datoranimāciju. Varbūt bērnam varētu šķist vairāk interesanti kaut ko datorā veidot. Bet es neatceros, vai man bija tāda vēlme vai nē. Man vienmēr kaut kur pie rokas bija plastilīns, kaut kur bija flomāsteri, es ļoti daudz zīmēju bērnībā, ļoti daudz arī kaut ko gleznoju un taisīju plastilīna figūriņas. Un es taisīju plastilīna personāžus no savām mīļākajām multenēm un arī savus radus taisīju dažreiz un viskaut ko izdomāju no plastilīna vēl pirms zināja par iespēju taisīt animāciju. Kad es sapratu, ka to var darīt, man atvērās vesela pasaule un es sāku to darīt 10 reizes vairāk. Arī šobrīd man visvairāk patīk plastilīna animācija.  Kad man bija kādi 12-13 gadi, mans jaunieša maksimālisms izpaudās tā, ka es teicu savai animācijas skolotājai, ka gribu taisīt datoranimāciju, man apnicis plastilīns. Es gribu taisīt datoranimāciju kā "Šreks" un tā tālāk. Viņa teica - protams, vajag visu mēģināt, bet tev, Artūr, vislabāk sanāk plastilīns un tev tomēr būtu jāpaliek pie plastilīnā. Tu pats to drīz sapratīsi. Un viņai bija taisnība. Tagad esmu viņai ļoti pateicīgs, ka viņa to pateica. Plastilīna animācijā ir kaut kas tāds, kas nav nevienā citā animācijas veidā, jo ļoti daudz kas sanāk nejauši, gan kā krīt gaisma, gan kā ir izveidots pats personāžs, kā viņš izskatās tuvplānā, no attāluma, visi pirkstu nospiedumi, kas dažreiz izskatās bišķiņ par traku, par lielu. Bet tas viss piedod šarmu animācijai. It īpaši mūsdienās, kad viss ir veidots datorā un vairāk un vairāk animācijas tiks veidots ar mākslīgo intelektu. Man liekas, ka šis cilvēka pieskāriens ir kaut kas ļoti vērtīgs, un cilvēki tam sāk pievērst vairāk uzmanības. Tāpēc es arī visvairāk cienu plastilīnu. Pirms sarunas ar Artūru sazinājāmies arī viņa skolotāju Ilzi Rusku. Viņa uzskata, ka par Artūru Vobļikovu mēs noteikti vēl dzirdēsim. Pēc sarunas ar Artūru sazināmies ar animācijas eksperti Annu Začu. Viņa astoņus gadus vadīja Latvijas Animācijas asociāciju, ir Eiropas Animācijas balvas valdes locekle un arī pati ir animācijas režisore.
