Rajasekharan arrived in this world on 12 November 1955, the next of eight siblings blessed to Sreedharan and Rugmani Amma, less middle-class few owned by the Nair community. Their community is Chenkal in Neyyattinkara Taluka of the Thiruvananthapuram area of Kerala state. Rajasekharan cannot continue his studies after matriculation given the financial problems his family confronted and the abject insufficient facilities in their town. He still left his local place with expectations of landing employment. After an extended and arduous trek, he comes to Mumbai at the early age of 17 and surely got to making odd careers in the restaurants. It had been during this period that he was drawn to the hospitality business, and he has always jammed compared to that soul-satisfying vocation of entertaining friends, nourishing people and supplying delight and satisfaction to tourists from all around the globe.

Jabir wants to take more actionable courses in college. During that time Gandhi Fellowship chooses Jabir in their higher studies. Jabir was grateful for this two-year for changing his life. The experience encouraged Jabir to go in a profession that was significant. After spending seven years from his home state, he was all set back again to Kerala and begin a social venture. To be able to get a clear idea for his social enterprise, Jabir visited Coimbatore for 90 days and trained under Vellore Srinivasan, Job Director of Indian Green Service, a solid and liquid resource management company. It started out with a Facebook post when a doctor in America recommended by using a fish cast in iron while food preparation; the iron lowered in the vessel while cooking would infuse important iron supplements in the meals was his recommendation. Why drop something in whenever a traditional cast iron vessel would do just fine and do it far better, thought Radhika. Therefore she posted an image of her cast iron Kadai (wok) on FB and this was what began a blast of inquiries; everyone wished to know where you to get it! This is exactly what started the trip in the VillageFair. There's no stating "No" to grandma's food preparation and we can all testify compared to that. The wafting aromas of frying spices, the tantalizing style of slow cooked properly stews, grandma's face crinkling with enjoyment as she pieces her children relish food that she is aware of is natural, healthy, and tasty. This is actually the experience how the Village Fair wanted to re-create whenever we presented the natural kitchenware range. What began as a two-woman show quickly grew once we earned experienced women who realized the magic behind the correctly moulded and seasoned traditional vessels of old. Once we grew, they grew around. We have now support men and women from lower monetary backgrounds, who might possibly not have had the ability of getting a dignified livelihood from of their community, but who own an environment of knowledge and skill as it pertains to re-creating that lost world our grandmothers could have wished us to reside in.
