One of the paradoxes in relationships ,is that we can fall madly in love with a person .....then try to change them. It can be said that many ladies,are not so much looking for a husband ,but a project. How would you feel if if you came to recognise you were somebodies renovation project?? 

The word integrity comes from the idea of a persons values being integrated.....,Therefore they are morally consistent......Integration is a fascinating process.What we want most in our leaders is that integration ,that produces a person who's  word is true and trustworthy.

Do you ever get disillusioned .....Many of us have illusions we need to be dissed of....we need to be kind to our selves when it happens.And we need to make sure we regroup and bounce back smelling like a rose.See what you think about .Of course its better be honest with ourselves before circumstances or others hit us with a 4x2 piece of wood.
