Are you just projecting? What does self-love actually look like? And is getting your second date a gift codependent? These are things we seek answers to from our therapist, self-help podcasts, public figures but rarely expand past this circle. Calling All Cliches explores the ways we make self-discoveries in everyday life while adding some humor to the rigid nature of it all. Being a self-growth obsessed twenty-something with far too many hours invested in self-help podcasts, Liz takes us on her own journey of discovery, one that never looks as perfect as it sounds on paper.

The Calling All Cliches with Liz a Beth podcast is an absolute gem. From the moment I started listening, I was instantly hooked and found myself coming back for more. The soothing and comforting voice of Liz combined with her honest and raw storytelling creates an atmosphere that feels like you're chatting with a close friend. This podcast covers a wide range of topics, from self-help advice to dating advice, and even dives into the personal experiences and struggles of Liz's own life.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is Liz's ability to provide insightful and relatable commentary on real-life problems faced by men and women in their 20s. She doesn't shy away from addressing tough issues, but instead breaks them down in a way that is easy to understand and offers practical solutions. Whether it's dealing with a job you don't like or finding joy in everyday life, Liz provides thoughtful guidance that can truly make a difference.

Furthermore, what sets this podcast apart is Liz's authenticity and genuineness. Her stories are incredibly relatable, making it easy for listeners to see themselves in her experiences. It feels like she's speaking directly to your soul, creating a deep sense of connection. In a world filled with preachy experts and social media influencers, Liz stands out as someone who genuinely cares about her listeners' well-being.

While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one could argue that it may not appeal to everyone. The topics discussed primarily cater towards individuals in their 20s who are navigating through life's challenges. If you're not within this demographic or looking for more specific niche content, this podcast may not be your cup of tea.

In conclusion, The Calling All Cliches with Liz a Beth podcast is an absolute godsend for anyone seeking authentic advice and guidance in their 20s. Liz's relatability, honesty, and soothing voice make each episode feel like a personal journey towards personal growth and well-being. It's refreshing to find a podcast that feels like chatting with a friend rather than listening to an expert. If you're looking for a podcast that will leave you thinking critically about your own wellness journey, I highly recommend giving this one a chance.

Hey all. Today I talk about my break from the pod, why I took it and most importantly what I discovered in the process. (spoiler alert: I found nervous system work aka somatic experiencing. It's a big one when it comes to chronic illness, depression, anxiety. Finding this work has completely changed my outlook on mental health and honestly what it means to be a human at this time vs how we were truly designed to function. It's a lot but if any of it resonates I really suggest checking out these resources. I linked some videos and also an article for my fellow readers) Sending so much love. It is not an easy time to be a human. Resources (that explain this way better thn I do): Seth Lyon's article on this topic Nicole Lohse's free resource (video) Irene Lyon's Youtube Channel (lots of information here -- like a lot, sort of overwhelming, maybe start with the top 2 first) Irene Lyon's three part healing series (free, videos) Irene's video on why meditation, talk therapy, etc doesn't really work on dysregulated nervous systems

Who even knows what's going on. I talk (rant) about how I got into spirituality, dipping my toe into the manifestation space and FINALLY manifesting things (although I'm convinced my first manifestation was this rug I found on the street) References: @tobemagnetic and Lacy has a podcast called "Expanded"

I am feeling quite emotional for this one today folks. Sappy liz on. We are talking about love. Ah, love. The most overused word ever. Overused and used incorrectly. The first time we hear the word love, we hear it from our parents. But this is already questionable, it brings us to the all-knowing question, how does one love without loving themselves? I go through my own history with love from expectations to believing love is hard work and end us all with self love tactics from this year's vday as well as an update on my dating life. Side note: VERY LONG INTRO where I vent about our generation's fear of success and joy related to love but skip to 10 min mark if you want main episode (although I love the beginning TBH)

Ok wow, I'm energized in this one. Have I officially gone insane? Is it manic? Sorry if it sounds like I'm screaming at you I'm actually screaming at myself (the best motivational speaker I know) So I have been stuck in my apartment pretty much all week. I work remote so naturally this is a normal feeling that comes up. Back when the infamous pandemic wasn't around, I would solve my self-induced cabin fever by forcing myself to the nearing gym class but see now it is both life-induced and self-induced, so we have more excuses and less locations to run to. I talk through how I've been getting myself out of a rut, all from buying hot pink lipstick and befriending sales associates at Nordstrom. Also, at the end, I talk about my recent toe dip into the world of manifestation and what I've learned.
