Heartbreak in the Hands of God

Coffee with Friends is meant to feel like you are sitting down with your closest friends on a fun coffee date - you know those dates that dive deep into how you really are and what you're learning. Today we sit down with one of my best friends, Sarah Anderson. We first met at a bible study where she sat next to me on the floor and the rest is history. Her radiant joy brings life to anyone she encounters. But she went through many difficult seasons to get to where she is today. We talk about the stages of heartbreak and how brokenness and depression doesn't define you, but propels you into a relationship with God - the one who does define you. She is raw and real with how she dealt with a season of depression after a devastating heartbreak. This conversation is far from depressing. It is full of life and truth. A conversation that can be tough to have, but one that is needed to grow. Sit down with us and Sarah's favorite local coffee shop coffee, Frothy Monkey, for a life-giving chat. @theWhitnessco @Sare_Anderson15 @FrothyMonkey
