Grab a cup of coffee☕, take a seat and get some inspiration! I'll be here every Monday for you, because we all need a little pep talk to start the week.
Learning to see our purpose during this time is so important for those around us. During this time of quarantine, it can be uncomfortable and unfamiliar, causing fear. I wanted to bring a little encouragement to you today in hopes that the lessons I'm learning right now with The Word of God will help you too! Taking deep breaths, meditating on The Word, even using my essential oils and oil diffuser has helped bring a calm to me. ;) Follow me on instagram: @Mrs.Kendra.Sanchez
I've been in quarantine while being pregnant. However, I didn't know my life was already pretty much considered quarantine as a stay-at-home mom. Yes, there are a few adjustments we've had to make, like drive-thru food date nights and not going out to the movies. Today on the podcast I am sharing some big news I've been keeping a secret! I am workin on starting a company with my best-friend and sister! We are set to launch in May but we're unsure if we can because of Covid-19. So here is a little update on how my family and I have been doing over the past few weeks! Enjoy!

Last week I talked with you all about pursuing your dreams. That is my message I will shout from the roof tops. But this week, I want to talk to you about THE most important thing you will ever do. In fact, if you don’t do THIS you won’t be able to do the dream. Trust me, I’ve tried. Follow me on Instagram @Mrs.Kendra.Sanchez
Girl… it’s time to pursue your dreams! This is your little pep-talk to encourage you to begin to pursue the dreams that God has placed on the inside of you. To be able to go after those dreams you need to make time and put in an effort to perfect a craft or a skill you have. My sister Krys is passionate about baking and she recently has started to make time to perfect her craft of baking. She is working on a skill to pursue her dream of becoming a baker. I applaud her for that, and I want to encourage you to do the same thing. What is the dream that God has placed on the inside of your heart that you have yet to begin to pursue? Let me know. Send me an email (if you’re on my email list, hit that reply button) I wanna hear! I want to be your biggest cheerleader! Because girl, I am pursuing some big dreams of mine right now and I am so fulfilled! I want you to feel the same way. So bake a cake. Take that lesson. Go back to school. Whatever it is, take that next step and begin to pursue the dreams that God has placed on the inside of you. Find me on instagram @Mrs.Kendra.Sanchez
When you go through something traumatic, naturally you try to avoid putting yourself in a situation to ever experience that trauma again. This was the case for me when it came to being pregnant. I experienced an unusually traumatic birthing experience when I had to deliver my son at 31 weeks. It was so unexpected and so sudden, dealt with the effects of the trauma for over a year later. But as you can tell from the title of this video, my husband and I are expecting our second child in July of 2020. In this video I share a little bit of my birthing experience with my first son and how we came to want to have another child and go through another possible traumatic pregnancy. As I share in this episode, I developed what is called HELLP syndrome during pregnancy. HELLP syndrome is a life-threatening pregnancy complication usually considered to be a variant of preeclampsia, according to the Preeclampsia Foundation (2019). I hope this episode bring encouragement to any women who have gone through something similar or anyone who has gone through something traumatic in their lives and who deals with fear because of it. I know what it is life to be engulfed with fear and not wanting to live life to the fullest because of that fear. I hope my story gives you hope and inspires you to try again. To live your life to the fullest and not let fear keep you bound in the past. ____________________________________________________________________________ You can find me on Instagram @Mrs.Kendra.Sanchez If you want to be friends and hear more from me you can join my friend-list here: https://mailchi.mp/f165cbba5697/coffeewithkendra
Growing up I wasn’t a typical teenager. I desired to please God and live for him more than I desired to be popular and go hang out with friends. While this started out to be a good thing, it became a horrible trap. I explain all this in this episode of Coffee with Kendra. ALSO! I announce the winner of my recent giveaway! Last week my husband and I moved to a new city and I officially became a full time stay-at-home mom. I’m learning to embrace this new season in my life and I want to encourage you with some life-lessons I’m learning. I’m also doing a give-a-way! So watch to learn how to win.
Heyyyy girl! Today I am sharing some bitter sweet news with you. Join me for my very first episode recorded in a coffee shop!
Every girl has unique talents that I like to call Diamonds. Once they are found they need to be cut and polished to look like they’re supposed to look. For the longest time I thought I only had one talent, over time as I began to cut and polish that diamond it really began to shine. I want to encourage you to find your diamonds, cut and polish them, and use them to bring Glory to God. Don’t waste them, or hide them because of fear. What is it that you are good at and can use to bring glory to God? Leave me a comment, email me, or DM me and let me know!
Ugh. We've all had those moments where someone we trusted stabbed in the back. Like a real knife in the back, it's unexpected because you didn't see it coming and it hurts! I feel ya girl. I know what it feels like to be betrayed and I've been stuck in the pain for far too long. Today, we're talking about how to get full healing and move on from the pain of betrayal. Trust me, I know it isn't easy. It may take you some time, but I give you some great advice today about HOW to move on and not let this keep you from doing what God has called you to do. You've got this girl. Take a listen and leave me a comment letting me know where you're at with this. I would be happy to pray for you and be here for you.
It all started when I went to a women's conference in Southern California and the guest speaker was talking about how we as women are a diamond and are so valuable. I hadn't realized it, but I was believing the lie that I wasn't important and didn't have much to bring to the world. God awoken my heart to see myself how He sees me and so began the journey of discovering my purpose and worth. Over the years with the Holy Spirit as my teacher, I would learn more and more about my worth as a daughter of a king. As I began to learn, I did what I naturally do and I taught what I was learning. I turned around and gave away this knowledge to other girls around me in hopes that it would also help them to discover their purpose and worth. As I began to teach, I would write out the lesson plans so that other women could teach the classes as well. From these lesson plans, I knew God was calling me to put it together as a book for other women to read. So I did. That was years ago... and as I share in this weeks podcast, I went through 4 different publishing offers and allowed fear to keep me from publishing. NOW, I feel I am in a different place as a woman and as a daughter of a King, and although I still do not feel ready, I KNOW IT IS TIME. Okay, so your girl talked wayyy too long and I had to split this episode into two parts. I didn’t want to cut anything out, because I think it’s so helpful for you! Today on the podcast we talk about being a LOVED GIRL. Instead of being a “Good Girl” like I always thought I had to be growing up. I want to share this revelation of what it means to truly be a LOVED GIRL and be in a relationship with someone who is constantly, relentlessly pursuing you.
It’s not easy to think that someone could love us without us doing anything to deserve their love.
How do you know if they're "the one" for you?
Today we're talking about PURSING YOUR PURPOSE.
The only way to find true fulfillment in life, is to live the life that God has called you to live. Sometimes we don't live our best lives, because we are afraid to step out and pursue our calling. What is it that God has called you to do, that you haven't done yet? Let me know what that is by commenting on this podcast post in IG (@Mrs.Kendra.Sanchez). I want to encourage you to take that step of faith and begin to pursue your purpose and find true fulfillment for your life.
