So it's been almost a year since my last podcast, I don't really have a good explanation except for.....life happens. However, with that time off, I've been able to finally pull together some projects that I've been working on for a little to long now. And I'm pretty excited to show them off. The first is Evolved Athletic Academy, which is setup to be really similar to Udemy and other online learning platforms. As you can imagine though, this is where I will be posting fitness and health related learning content. For most people, tracking food intake isn't enough. Most people have a skewed sense of how many calories they are actually consuming. It's inevitable that you will eventually get sick while you are striving to reach you health and fitness related goal. When that happens though, what are you to do?
