My show has hit one year. Along with its growth I have grown too. It is not easy to be better than you were yesterday, but we all try. I talk about the growth and changes I have gone threw to work on becoming the most authentic version of myself. With fear, doubt and unconformable choices come change.
My past and my now collide more than i want it to. I understand my history will undoubtedly follow me like a tail. However, it does not define me going forward. I discuss in this episode about a dream I had with a loved one and how it manifested and triggered real thoughts. The idea of how our past influences us going forward in outside of our control. Or is it?
After Sitting down with Andres, I instantly discovered myself asking myself am I a trickster. I had to sit back and humbly ask myself, is how I approach the things I do in my everyday life effect others. Your bad times are temporary; So when you're up, enjoy it, bask in it, and be grateful for it. And when you're down, know you will get through it. Know that it's not the end, and that it's just a rough patch. Life is full of twists and turns, ups and downs, and surprises.

Shell shock. That’s the only words I can use to describe what I felt with my anxiety. I was struggling with work and family and felt discouraged by my lack of how to navigate these high-stress environments. The familial pressure to continue pursuing a career I didn't want was unbelievable. The more pressured, the more I felt like I was drowning in doubts of whether I could actually succeed. All I wanted to be was myself.I’m sharing my Tips so that maybe I can help or relate to at least one person out there who is also struggling.
