Coach Belt comes to WWU after spending six seasons with the NCAA Division II Northern Michigan University Wildcats. He was the Head Assistant Coach for three seasons after spending three seasons as the second assistant. Prior to NMU, Belt spent two seasons (2011-13) as an assistant coach at Beloit College. Belt also coached the boys 17U and 16U AAU Wisconsin Shooting Stars teams from the Ripon/Oshkosh, Wis. area and individual development camps for high school boys and girls in Wisconsin. Belt played four years as the point guard for NCAA Division III Ripon College. He graduated from Ripon with a degree in business administration. Source William Woods Athletics

Coach Ramirez started out as a student at SCC & ASU. While there he coached under Mike O'Guinn at North Canyon HS, while also working with the Arizona Rebels AAU program. He also coached with Matt Gordon at Phoenix College for 2 years. Ramirez has spent the last 3 years at his alma mater Horizon HS under Arizona HOF'er Jerry Conner. He most recently took the head coaching job at Saguaro.

Lauren started out as a student manager at the University of Florida, then spent time with the BIG East Conference, and then spent time as an intern with the Washington Wizards & Mystics. She is now the current Director of Ops for Cleveland State Women’s Basketball.
Coach Tanoff started off his journey as a high school coach, got involved with the organization Rising Coaches & talks about his rise since then through the college hoops industry.
Former Coach Adam Gordon shares his journey through college hoops. Gordon coached at every level from JUCO to High Major D1. He was a former student manager & graduate assistant as well.
Joe Rutigliano is a former college manager turned graduate assistant and is now an assistant coach at Cornell University.
