Then we check in with Marshall Simonds Science Teacher Jourdan Marino. He discusses the benefits of a strict routine and how this structure is helping him get through these days. It's easy to get anxiety about the spread of COVID-19, the closure of schools, and the dramatic change in our everyday routines. But with these changes there are also new positive opportunities for us. Instead of looking at all of the negative implications, let's change our focus and consciously look for these new opportunities. Let's also share these and spread our positive energy during these difficult times.
