For the past decade, she has worked in community mental health serving those diagnosed with severe mental health challenges. Sharon also owns a part-time practice and many conversations are around “adulting” and how to manage anxiety/depression when navigating life, career, and relationships and co-hosting @thehighway2healing podcast.
