On today's episode of the Iowa Entertainment Conversation, powered by the Iowa Events Center, Adam recaps Josh Turner at the US Cellular Center from September 18, which Pollstar believes is the first indoor ticketed concert since the industry shutdown in March and we interview the Iowa Events Center's Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Cook. Chef Jonathan discusses a typical day for a chef at the Iowa Events Center, his favorite protein to cook with, and previews the Oct 16 Gourmet Dinner Pairing Experience being put on a the Iowa Events Center with partners Templeton Rye and Iowa Pork.
