Johnny Vee had been picked by his boss The Core to serve as a radio anoucer since his friend and genocidal maniac the Conquerer(former human) has begun to be bored of the radio silence perveying in the mulit universe empire which they rule over(only compounding his belief that the two are in some sorta relationship, I mean you can't be friend's with someone for billions of years without having atleast a crush on them at some point)and so he is assigned to radio duty and must try and fill out the air waves with news and music.
