In this near-end episode of Joe & Reese's Pickle & Boot Shop, the duo kicks off with five-second "ab" workouts and Reese's mustache cop perks before Joe recounts his trailblazing fight for roofing mustaches, tattoos, and beards (complete with a suspension and tattoo-removal orders). They roast bad Christmas movies like Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (but defend It's a Wonderful Life), dive into Reese's "band dad" phase and his kids' Five Iron Frenzy obsession, and ponder a last-gasp Steve Taylor guest spot. The Irish goodbye looms larger than ever. Just Aidan and me this week trying out a new format! Basically, it was recorded over two days so we could get Aidan's thoughts and opinions about trying a last day ascent of Mount Doom 9A, and then the second part was recorded a few days later to see how it went, and more importantly how his mindset might have changed before and after. We also ramble about Tutankhamun and the difficulties of running a pub these days, those two aren't connected. Welcome back! These spontaneous videos are so interesting to make! I honestly don't plan them at all and I've really come to love making ASMR without a plan! I'm also glad I got to try a requested trigger at the end, did you like it? I think I did! Many blessings and the sweetest of dreams!
Today's Headlines: The government shutdown just passed 40 days, but there's finally a flicker of hope: the Senate reached a tentative deal to reopen the government through January, with at least 10 Democrats agreeing to back a short-term funding bill in exchange for a vote next month on extending Obamacare tax credits—a proposal many Democrats previously called “laughable.” Meanwhile, the Supreme Court temporarily blocked a lower court's order requiring the Trump administration to fully fund SNAP benefits, and Trump's USDA quickly told states to stop processing payments. Trump also floated a flurry of financial gimmicks over the weekend—like 50-year mortgages, direct cash “subsidies,” and a $2,000 tariff dividend—while his own Treasury Secretary contradicted him on national TV. Abroad, Trump met with Hungary's Viktor Orbán, granting him a sanctions exemption on Russian oil in exchange for $600 million in U.S. gas contracts. The shutdown is also stalling weapons sales to Ukraine and NATO allies and causing massive flight delays ahead of Thanksgiving. Elsewhere, Cornell struck a controversial deal with the administration to restore funding after discrimination probes, Florida sued Planned Parenthood over abortion pill safety (again, against all science), and in Virginia, a 19-year-old college student beat his former high school teacher in a local election—proving democracy sometimes delivers sequels no one saw coming. Out of more than 100 episodes, this is the one that brought Stacy to tears. And once you hear it, you'll understand why.Meet today's guest, Lon Stroschein, founder of Normal 40, where he works with high-achieving professionals who look successful on the outside but feel stuck on the inside. In this episode, he and Stacy talk about:His backstory – how he went from farm kid to D.C. insider to leading billion-dollar deals in corporate AmericaWhat made him walk away from all of it with no backup plan, just a gut feeling that he was meant for more Why “success” can still feel empty (even when everything looks great on paper)What it really means to outgrow your life (and how to know when you've hit that point)The freedom that comes when you stop pretending and finally get honest with yourselfAnd the surprising patterns he's seen after thousands of coaching convos with top performers who feel stuck, tooThis one's real, raw, and full of truth. If you've ever thought “there's gotta be more than this,” hit play.More About Lon: Lon Stroschein is the founder of Normal 40®—a movement for elite providers who've built success but feel quietly stuck. He helps high performers trade the life they've outgrown for one they actually want.A fourth-generation South Dakota farm kid, Lon's values were shaped by early mornings, hard work, and quiet grit. He spent six years working for a U.S. Senator, followed by six years in private banking and finance, then 14 years as a public company executive—leading strategy, growth, and M&A, including a $2.1B transaction. In 2022, Lon made The Trade—leaving the title, income, and image behind, without a backup plan. No resume. No safety net. Just a belief that his work there was done, his best decade was in front of him, but that it wasn't going to be found where he was standing. Since his resignation, Lon has coached thousands of elite professionals—physicians, executives, entrepreneurs, attorneys—who feel stuck at the top. Through 1,000+ confidential coaching calls (Rambles), he's built the world's most honest library of career transformation—and a library of some of the most incredible stories you will never hear. Tony Michael Johns, aka The Ladies' Man, is in the local new and loving his newfound controversial fame. Let's catch up with one of the nuttiest criminals the internet has to offer. KarmicX is back home, and the quiet solitude of his trailer is clearly getting to him. The delusion is stronger with this Minnesotan basic that perhaps any other weirdo we've covered. But I digress. We've got another film to watch from self-proclaimed director Alex Holliday, and the creative process of this slow rivals that of Metropolitan Detective. Crazy Joe has some thoughts that we must go over. Chad Zumock is gearing up to start streaming again from his new place. But where is it? Does anyone know? Chad is certainly a superior mind and devilish trickster who may be pulling one over on everyone - OGAIN! ...

endometriosis. While endo is absolutely real and deserves air time, it's not the only reason periods can be painful. We explore what's considered normal versus not normal when it comes to menstrual discomfort, and why a one-size-fits-all approach to managing it often falls short.Nat dives into the importance of a multi-modality approach to finding relief—addressing everything from hormonal balance to the nervous system and pain pathways, and how these influence the intensity and persistence of pain. We also talk about why pain relief medication can be a powerful tool when used strategically, not shamefully. If you've ever felt dismissed, confused, or stuck when it comes to your period pain, this episode is a must-listen.FIND NAT BELOW:Website - https://nataliekdouglas.com/Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/natalie.k.douglasBook a Free Assessment Call - https://NatalieKDouglas.as.me/?appointmentType=50255874EndoNourish - Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Guide - https://nataliekdouglas.com/endonourish-holistic-endometriosis-adenomyoisis-care-guide/SacredSeeds - Preconception Care Guidehttps://nataliekdouglas.com/preconception-care-guide/PCOS Wellness Guidehttps://nataliekdouglas.com/pcos-holistic-guide/Thyroid Rescue - Self guided programhttps://nataliekdouglas.com/thyroid-rescue/Coming Off The Pill/IUD Holistic Guidehttps://nataliekdouglas.com/coming-off-the-pill-mini-course/PMS & PMDD Natural Solutions Masterclass:https://nataliekdouglas.com/pms-pmdd-natural-solutions-masterclass/Become a one-to-one clienthttps://nataliekdouglas.com/1-1-naturopathic-nutrition-consultations/FIND AMIE BELOW:Website - https://whatthenaturopathsaid.comInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/thatnaturopathBook a Free Discovery Call: https://p.bttr.to/3yBdmu3Book Yourself In: https://l.bttr.to/ZDxWOFree eBook 'Is mould making you sick?' - https://www.amieskilton.com/MPYHeBookFree webinar 'The 9 subtle signs your home has a mould problem' - https://www.amieskilton.com/MPYHwebinarMouldProof Your Home eCourse - https://www.amieskilton.com/mouldproofMould Prevention 101 mini-course - https://p.bttr.to/3Cp5DkB

Joan: [0:16] Hola, Andreu! Joan: [0:32] I espantat? A vegades… No? Andreu: [2:35] Exacte. Per tant, us animem a venir perquè us volem conèixer. Welcome back to Rick's Rambles, your weekly dose of good news, positivity, trivia, and a few surprises along the way! This week, we're heading north to celebrate our friendly neighbors in Canada with a batch of fun facts that might just surprise you—even if you've visited before.
Ben Shapiro reacts to Kamala's incoherent ramblings. Watch as the VP flounders pathetically on 'Special Report' with Bret Baier, stumbling through obvious questions without her precious teleprompter. Harris's "word salad" reaches new lows as she desperately tries to dodge the country's real issues and succeeds in showing the Left's incompetence, yet again.
