In this latest episode, Chad goes over exactly what foods he eats each meal, and how much. He covers three "full day meal plan examples" that would work for a vast number of you guys....even you ladies could easily modify these plans to make them work for you as well! Those of you who might need more calories daily, can also easily modify the plans by adding in an extra ounce of protein here and there and a small tad more healthy fat in the higher fat meals. In this Episode #9, Chad goes into an strategic in-depth caloric breakdown of daily meals. He briefly describes his nutrient timing approach, which allows for maximum fat burning within the body.
