I'm Tim, I've been running Hello Sweetheart - a wedding photography & videography company for 6 years. As much as I love it, I think it's time I throw myself into a new challenge and open Sydney's first meadery. I've teamed up with Josh, an award winning home brewer and I'm hoping that with his brewing experience and my business smarts we can pull off this crazy idea.
