    About 75% of our bodies is made of water. In this simple experiment, you can do yourself, we see the effects of words on water . Our speech or thoughts have dramatic effects on water. All biochemical reactions in the biological cell, the unit of life, take place in water. This experiment demonstrates that human thoughts and intentions can alter physical reality, such as the molecular structure of water. How we speak to ourselves on a daily bases has serious implications on our mental , physical and emotional well-being. One can only wonder how our cells react to the negative emotions and self talk. The hypothesis that water “treated” with intention can affect the taste of the water . It's fascinating to learn how something as simple as thoughts , words and emotion can drastically cause major noticeable changes . Additionally, we could attempt in self-healing by perhaps speaking to ourselves with kindness, and being more aware of how we impacting our overall wellbeing .
