Delilah confronts her worst fear. Magda and Cross use the holiday to their advantage and meet with Delilah to help uncover her killer. Magda has her own skeletons in the closet.

Magda becomes suspicious of Erasmus, the local caretaker of The Shrine. Delilah is preyed upon by the creatures from the woods. Delilah's parents, Denver and Nancy, deal with the grief of losing their second child, and try to help Cross and Magda solve the mystery of her death.
Magda has a proposition for Cross and after revisiting a disturbing time in his past, Cross decides to team up with Magda and they form an interesting bond. Delilah's final day's come with a threat.
Magda summons the spirit in the woods. Cross and Delilah spend a passionate evening together. Delilah has a fateful encounter and finds herself in a new existance - and she isn't alone.
