You can exercise in so many different ways and I think that running should ever only be one piece of the puzzle. If you aren’t trying new things to exercise your body, mind and spirit, I think you aren’t reaching your true potential. I want to explore different types of exercise, trying new foods and approaches to nutrition, exploring breath-work and meditation of different types, examining how our mindset and perspective affect the way we see the world and more! And of course, we'll talk about running from the perspective of a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Try a new physical activity this season. See what you're good at and what else you enjoy. Who knows... You might just find your new favorite exercise or race!!
