Hannah in part 2 of R+D takes us from start to finish on how you get awarded a project, how she creates the vision and foundation of that project, who her teammates are, down to the fine details of how her and her team select finishes and work hand in hand with the development and ownership teams. Welcome to the inside story of the Project called, 'The Greer". It is a multi-family project that is close to Hannahs heart, where her and her team got to be creative on this beautifully designed project that is set to open in 2021-2022.
Hannah has always had a “feeling” for art. It’s how she expresses herself and truly becomes in the present moment. Rendering homes, interiors of spaces, and whatever came to mind in that current moment has always been what felt right to Hannah. This no doubt carved a path for her as she got into her professional career of Interior Design. The passion, drive, and overall outlook on life landed Hannah in LA with her husband Keith where they had a “feeling” it was the right move. Listen to this episode to find out how that feeling got Hannah the job of her dreams at Ariel Fox Design.

Rocco and Dane are going to bring a "Series" to the podcast platform called, "Relatable Discussions". Not only does this play off the R+D name (yes, they are a corny pair), but this series will bring a variety of topics that take a step back from the deep dive into design and allows for anyone listening to relate to the topics of conversation. With COVID-19, city/state shutdowns round 2, and so much negativity in our major news platforms, Rocco and Dane wanted to help everyone listening to take away some actionable items into your own life about: 1. Staying motivated through creating routines, using music as a source of keeping you motivated, and creating new habits. 2. A list of books that have helped both Rocco and Dane in different areas of their lives when it comes to habits, motivation, negotiation, networking, and more... 3. Creating multiple friend groups, interacting with them, and bringing people together 4. And some off tangent conversations that just show the ultimate medicine to a better life is to enjoy the company of the other person in the room with you. Enjoy this fun, light hearted conversation, that gives anyone some actionable items to bring into your daily life.
