Together, they discuss the many life lessons of improvisational theatre (a major theme of Barnewitz's work, as well as her guest talk to B-U theatre classes this past week) and how high schoolers can learn to live with a "Yes, And" mentality.

Life doesn't always have easy, black and white answers - if anything, 2020 has shown us that things can very easily become uncertain or change frequently. In this episode of Smooth Sailing, Mr. Harvey and co-host Katy Ross are joined by B-UHS students Olivia Ellis and Dylan Goodman as they look into just how to live, and even thrive, when the whole world seems confusing and chaotic.
In the third episode of Smooth Sailing, we explore just what life as a Buccaneer is like, with a little bit of hindsight to help along the way. B-UHS juniors Alexis Lee and Oliver King join Mr. Harvey and Ms. Ross to discuss the ups and downs of high school, major lessons they've learned so far, and what they wish they would have known their freshman year. Whether you're in 9th grade or getting ready to graduate, this episode has something for everyone!
