SpotCo's Senior Creative Director Jimmy McNicholas loves re-writing the lyrics to show tunes in celebration of each new Broadway season, as he did in 2015 and 2016 for Something Rotten’s “Welcome To The Tony Race” and “It’s Tony Time” videos. For this episode, Jimmy's created an ode to the 2017-2018 season, set to a beloved tune from The Sound of Music. Performing it is Broadway's own Jill Abramovitz, who you may have seen onstage in Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella and Fiddler on the Roof. Jill has even written a few musicals herself - you can learn more about her at JillAOnline.com. “Broadway Still Sings” was recorded and mixed by SpotCo's Senior Sound and Motion Designer Derril Sellers.
