I can't gain muscle. I'm a hard gainer. I'll never be big. Smells like a whole lot of bull crap up in here. I met two young men this week, early 20's, having a conversation about how they "can't build muscle". I'm sorry to say it my friends but that is a whole load of bull. Hot and steamy bull. And that's how I fed it to them. Unless you have a medical condition that stops you from building muscle then you've got no excuses. Except for believing all of the BULL you've been feeding yourself. Time to take a cold hard look in the mirror and realize if you want to gain muscle you can.
