Season 2 B%TCHES! We are back! It's been a hot minute since we recorded our last episode back in November, so there was a lot to catch up on in the first episode of Season 2. Emma's has been travelling the North Island visiting beautiful places over summer buts gets real and raw about some current challenges she is experiencing regarding her emotional wellbeing. Lian has been off Social Media for a spell, focusing on writing her upcoming 12 months post-WLS eBook, unlearning diet culture and focusing on mindful and intuitive eating. There was ALOT to talk about and we didn't waste any time. Thanks for listening, we missed you!
