Shubhdeep Sindh Sidhu, sadly passed away on May 29th, 2022. He was an influential figure in the Punjabi music industry and represents a huge loss to his family, friends, fans, Punjabi music, and ultimately Punjab. In this episode we spoke about our feelings and implications of his death at the time.

1/2 year... well... 1/2ish year review. We recorded this episode back on Jul. 31 2021 so cut us some slack, but even then one of the heads went on a bender, a few of the heads were busy with work and weddings so excuse us for releasing this one so late. That's right - the man that's kept himself relevant for over 40 years where the grandparents to the young kids have danced, listened to and enjoyed his music.   Teaming up initially with local musicians in the UK, Kang Ji made it big as one of the first Panjabi artists to sign with HMV India and release some legendary LPs. He's worked with the likes of K.S.
