Being stuck at home does not automatically mean that you have more time, immense energy, and motivation. I believe that "consistency is more important than intensity." There is nothing wrong when we challenge ourselves to set a goal and an 'intense' mindset. It is better to be slow and take each goal one step at a time consistently rather than doing goals intensively but one tends to forget about it by the next few weeks.
