Beware of “Emotional Terrorism”. As we all know, misery loves company. With that being said; We can't help but to do our best to encourage the ones who may not be living their best lives due to a life hiccup. Love. The most powerful word in the world and an emotion that at its most positive level of usage can keep a person alive. Yet, when it's not used and applied as a healing source, it can also make a person not want to live. Sometimes we end up in what begins as a loving and understanding relationship with the intent that forever will be beautiful. But then.... life does what it does and turns that feature into what we call “Emotional Terrorism”. Where happiness starts to fade because someone in the relationship has lost sight of happily ever after. Possibly derived from an all of a sudden misfortune that becomes a hurt that terrorizes. For some, they see the signs and leave but sometimes unfortunately for others, they stay. Finding a unhealthy comfort. Why? Again; LOVE. But until they activate the plugs of forgiveness, self love, and self worth; one will be able to find strength and detox themselves from the emotional terrorism. Only then will healing take place for total restoration. And maybe, just maybe love can de-escalate the whole complicated circumstance back to a beautiful normal.

Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense. To forgive someone and to ask for forgiveness, are the most important aspects for your spiritual growth. ... It is an emotion which is felt deep within you, and when real forgiveness happens there is a change in that relationship. We do not realize that by forgiving someone genuinely we only heal ourselves. By being angry we invite the faults of others upon ourselves.
