On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Venezuela's regime, allied with communist China, Iran, and others, is deliberately poisoning the U.S. through drugs, contributing to hundreds of thousands of American deaths, making inaction absurd. The war crime claims from Democrats, from a denied report on killing drug boat survivors, are ridiculous. This Venezuela situation is similar to the 1989 U.S. invasion of Panama via Operation Just Cause—a surprise attack without war declaration or prior congressional input due to leak fears—to oust drug lord Manuel Noriega, who partnered with Colombians to flood the U.S. with drugs, while restoring democracy and safeguarding Americans. Also, going forward, every Republican who wants our votes need to declare if they stand with or against Tucker Carlson. This isn't about Carlson, it's a litmus test for fundamental morality, ethics, principles, understanding of American history, and opposition to bigotry, racism, anti-Semitism, attacks on Christianity, excuses for the Third Reich, and revisionist narratives portraying America or Churchill as villains. There's an overlap between Marxist Islamists, and neo-fascists in condemning Judaism, Christianity, and the West, while failing to defend capitalism, free markets, the nation's founders, or its principles. Later, the book "Liberty and Tyranny," critiques the statist argument for comprehensive immigration reform, which grants illegal immigrants' rights to enter illegally and remain, access welfare benefits like education, healthcare, housing, and food stamps, vote, and be counted in the census, all under the guise that America is a nation of immigrants. Today, almost 20 years later, this remains unchanged. No, immigrants do not have a right to come to America. Finally, parents need to encourage their children to compete, take jobs, work hard, and create opportunities rather than blaming a corrupt system. Success has never come easy for previous generations, including the greatest generation that endured wars and depression. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Israel and the Jewish people always seem to be in the headlines. Terrorism. War. Antisemitism on university campuses and around the globe. Jews are the topics of conversation in podcasts, on school campuses, and in our homes. Yet Christians are wondering about the modern State of Israel and contemporary Jewish people. Are they related to the biblical kingdom of Israel and the ancient Jewish people of the Scriptures? Others question whether Jewish people are only God’s people of yesterday, or do they have an ongoing place in God’s plan? How does the Church relate to the Jewish people, and why should Christians care about the Jewish people and their homeland? Dr. Michael Rydelnik will join us to explore Israel’s unique identity and the special role Israel will play in God’s plan.Become a Parshall Partner: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/inthemarket/partnersSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Bland andra Benjamin Netanyahus. 76 personer, varav 26 barn, dog i branden. Henrik Lagerlundprofessor i filosofiLitteraturBenjamin Netanyahu: Fighting Terrorism: How Democracies Can Defeat Domestic and International Terrorists. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeripSiu378 Her Excellency Comrade Ismara Vargas-Walter, Ambassador for Cuba to the UK and Ireland speaks about the lasting significance of the October Revolution to the people of Cuba. It was October 1917 that brought socialism to the world - and Cuba's revolution that brought October into the American hemisphere, the Caribbean and Latin America, and has been a lasting inspiration for the peoples of the Americas striving for freedom from imperialist domination and the US Monroe Doctrine of the Americas being the USA's sphere of imperial domination in particular. SHe talks about the ongoing effects of the Criminal Blockated - inspiration to strangle the Cuban nation and make er"her people scream" since the 'Cuban Missile Crisis' of 1962 and tightened by Helmes-Burton and. in particular Trump's designation Cuba as a "State sponsor of Terrorism" - that makes it almost impossible for Cuba to trade with the world, and in particular to trade and buy vital equipment, spare parts and medicines. Yet despite this, while US imperialism exports colour revolutions, missiles, bombs and wars for regime change, whilst leaving its people languishing in poverty, Cuba cares for its people, provides universal education, housing, food, clothing, shelter, social and medical care, and exports doctors and development aid - as well as the products of its ground breaking science and biotechnology industries. At this great time of attempted strangulation, the Cuban people need above all solidarity and to return to the roots of their revolutionary struggle for independence. Hasta La victoria - Siempre! In this urgent episode of the Guns Podcast, host Brent Wheat addresses the ongoing and undeclared war against firearms content creators on a well-known major video platform. Brent details the recent community guideline strikes leveled against the podcast for older, previously compliant videos—a tactic he describes as "digital terrorism." He breaks down the timeline of events, including a strike for a historical review of a Single Action Army revolver, and explains how retroactive enforcement creates an impossible environment for creators to navigate. Beyond the immediate channel strikes, Brent analyzes the broader strategy at play: removing financial incentives to dry up content, which ultimately aims to starve the gun culture itself. He highlights the glaring double standards where mainstream media outlets can skirt rules that crush independent gun channels. Finally, Brent discusses the future of the show, the potential move to alternative platforms like Rumble and issues a call to action for listeners and politicians to protect free speech regarding the Second Amendment. Key Takeaway Brent's definition of "digital terrorism" and how retroactive enforcement of new rules on old videos traps content creators. A decade after the 2015 Paris terror attacks, France continues to pass security laws, sometimes to the detriment of civil liberties. A feminist journalist's take on the Pelicot mass rape trial. And the auction of the Pascaline, one of the world's earliest calculators, is halted. Immediately following the Paris attacks on 13 November, 2015, the French government put in place a nationwide state of emergency, granting police exceptional powers to detain and search people suspected of links to terrorism. Some of those sweeping powers have since passed into law, at the expense of civil liberties. Law professor Sophie Duroy says that while the public may have got used to authorities having greater reach, it is not always the best way to fight terrorism. (Listen @0') Last December, 51 men were found guilty of raping or sexually assaulting Gisèle Pelicot in her home in Mazan in what was France's biggest rape trial to date. It made headlines worldwide – not least because Pélicot chose to drop her anonymity to make "shame swap sides" from victim to rapist. Independent photojournalist Anna Margueritat was one of many to cover the trial, but in her own way: as a feminist, an activist and victim of sexual violence, posting daily photos and stories on her Instagram account. Author of a recent book on her experience, she reflects on her time in court and what it changed. (Listen @16'45'') A judge this week suspended the auction of a nearly 400-year-old calculator, after a group of academics called for the government to stop it leaving France. The object in question is a Pascaline, one of the first calculating machines, invented by French scientist Blaise Pascal in the 1640s. (Listen @10'40'') Episode mixed by Nicolas Doreau. Today on AOTA Shorts: In a both groundbreaking and not at all surprising analysis of student test scores from a Florida community besieged by ICE terrorism and lawless detainment of community members, it turns out that this sort of madness has a negative effect on student learning. Who'd a thunk it? Will this deter the right wing extremists in power to change course? Probably not. But, it's even more clear than ever that this has nothing to do with law and order, or keeping communities safe. It's doing deep, systemic harm to kids and communities, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. The data also shows that the harms to student learning extend beyond just those students who are undocumented, or who are themselves the targets of ICE terrorism. The entire community is negatively affected, especially those students who are Spanish speaking. Manuel and Jeff discuss!Woah, new format! A new report from the Costs of War Project at Brown University found that without US weapons and money, totally $21-billion since 2023, Israel could not have waged any of its wars on Gaza, Iran, and Yemen. Brown University also reported in 2019 that Afghanistan and Iraq, along with Pakistan, cost the US $6.4 trillion, a number that is currently a drop in the bucket of a $38-trillion debt. And to whom is this owed? For their trouble US citizens have gotten a devalued currency, increasingly excessive costs of living, a lower quality of life, crime, drugs, house-lessness, and daily threats of terrorism. The current conditions so closely resemble the same in 1920s Berlin, though kept from the brink of collapse through an immense war machine, that people have began to assign blame on those that run the Banks and wars, i.e., Jews and Israelis. After seeing what Charlie Kirk said in private messages before his assassination, mainly that “Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes” - and seeing how powerful these Jewish billionaires are in influencing and directing the US government - people have begun to act like 1930s Germans. Israel is openly loosing support rapidly in the US. In Mexico, a Catholic country run by a cartel president named Sheinbaum, who happens to be cut from same cloth as the IDF, HIAS, and Israeli officials who respectively train the cartels, facilitate the human trafficking, and arm the cartels with American weapons, the citizens have also begun a rebellion. Is it organic or staged? Someone even spray painted “Puta Judia” on the Supreme Court building, indicating one of two things: Mexicans identify Jewish supremacy as the problem behind the cartels or Jews wrote the message to drum up more antisemitic talking points and censorship. Meanwhile, three billionaire Jews are trying to unseat one of the last standing members of Congress who has not pledged their soul to Israel. The accusations are always the same: suck the wealth and recourses from the country, and suck the life and livelihood from the people. Even Randy Fine says the Jews are close to being kicked out of the United States. Now that it is all out in the open, Benjamin Netanyahu has been recorded saying that Rome is the enemy and the US is the New Rome. As in Germany, when official policy and public sentiment identify Jews as the source of their problems the international Jews and their organizations, not exclusively though, then declared open war on Germany.*The is the FREE archive, which includes advertisements. In this episode, we welcome Professor Jonathan Hafetz for an insightful discussion on the complex legal challenges involved in prosecuting individuals accused of mass crimes. Our conversation traces the development of international justice mechanisms from the foundational Nuremberg trials through to contemporary approaches in the age of global terrorism.Professor Hafetz examines how nations have attempted to hold perpetrators accountable while maintaining commitment to fair trial principles - a tension that continues to define international criminal law. The discussion explores the significant impact of the U.S. War on Terrorism on legal frameworks and its disproportionate effects on Arab and Muslim communities.Throughout the episode, we consider how these legal precedents influence current justice systems and what lessons can be drawn from past successes and failures. This thoughtful analysis offers listeners a clearer understanding of the delicate balance between pursuing accountability for grave crimes and preserving fundamental rights protections, even for those accused of the most serious offenses. This episode provides valuable context for anyone interested in international law, human rights, and the ongoing evolution of justice mechanisms in response to atrocities and terrorism.Support the showSupport the Center for Security, Race and Rights by following us and making a donation: Donate: https://give.rutgersfoundation.org/csrr-support/20046.html Subscribe to our Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEbUfYcWGZapBNYvCObiCpp3qtxgH_jFy Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/rucsrr Follow us on Instagram: https://instagram.com/rutgerscsrr Follow us on Threads: https://threads.com/rutgerscsrr Follow us on Facebook: https://facebook.com/rucsrr Follow us on TikTok: https://tiktok.com/rucsrr Subscribe to our Newsletter: https://csrr.rutgers.edu/newsroom/sign-up-for-newsletter/

Despite the occasional flare-ups, it's been a time of relatively few sirens (by Israeli standards). As President Trump pushes forward with his peace plan and Israel's regional enemies seek to gain a new advantage, Dan sat down with Dr. Micah Goodman to figure out whether two years of war have left the Jewish state stronger, weaker, or both. On Nov. 13, the Trump administration took the unprecedented step of adding four groups in Europe to the U.S. government's list of specially designated global terrorists (SDGTs). The administration also stated its intent to add each of these entities to the State Department's list of designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs), claiming that all four are affiliated with “Antifa.”The development marks an escalation in the administration's efforts to recast anti-fascist activism as a matter of national security, carrying far-reaching legal and political consequences. Experts think the move could lay the groundwork for targeting organizations and activists here in the United States, potentially undermining the right to free speech. Tom Joscelyn, a senior fellow at Just Security, is joined by Tom Brzozowski, former counsel for Domestic Terrorism at the U.S. Department of Justice, to discuss what the new designations mean for civil liberties, and how they might reshape the boundaries of permissible speech and association. In this episode of "Financial Crime Matters," Kieran talks live from The ACAMS Assembly Las Vegas with Ned Conway, Executive Secretary at the Wolfsberg Group, an association of 12 of the world's largest banks that focuses on managing financial crime and money laundering risks. Ned discusses Wolfsberg's recommendations for banking stablecoin producers, pointing to the group's recent guidance "Provision of Banking Services to Fiat-backed Stablecoin Issuers." The guidance adapts some of Wolfberg's seminal recommendations for correspondent banking relationships and can be "flipped" to serve banks considering dealing in stablecoin in various capacities. Commenting on remarks earlier in the day by Undersecretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence John Hurley, Ned welcomeds promises of simplified suspicious activity reporting, greater information sharing by the public and private sectors, and regulatory oversight primarily focused on getting law enforcement what it needs to effectively fight crime.

Before Mamdani was elected Mayor of New York City, one would've answered this question in a flash: Of course, Israel is in more danger of terrorism than N.Y.C. But now, not so fast! Just back from volunteering as a psychiatrist in Israel, Carole Lieberman, M.D., yourhost, The Terrorist Therapist®, digs deeper to answer this question. Israelis, surrounded by terrorists, have built up resilience over the years, whereas New Yorkers, though tough, are not prepared for the terrorist ambitions of the real Mamdani. In fact, even Israelis expressed their shock and concern about this possibility. First, we look at a new study documenting terrorism worldwide to putthe rapidly exploding danger in perspective. Then we turn to Mamdani: who he is and why the son of the cofounder of Hamas warns he's a Trojan Horse who embodies the Red-Green alliancelooking to destroy America. Then we examine the mandate his closest supporters expect him to carry out: a list of extreme demands against Israel and Jews. Finally, you will hear about current events that bring the terror threat home: attacks on American soil barely foiled in time, Gaza claiming Israel is now perpetrating ‘Fatocide', and a Holocaust survivor's warning that these times are just like ‘Kristallnacht'.
From the extensive hijackings of the 1970s to the emergence of suicide bombers in the 1980s, a new book traces the evolution of terrorism in the mid to late 20th century.Joining Seán to discuss is Jason Burke, Foreign Correspondent for the Guardian and author of ‘The Revolutionists: The Story of the Extremists Who Hijacked the 1970s'...
Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield, who once stood beside Dr. Fauci leading America's COVID response, now says Washington got it wrong – and warns the next deadly pandemic may already be here. In “Redfield's Warning” he blasts the lockdowns, mandates, and censorship that defined the pandemic era. Now a MAHA advocate, he argues the government ignored evidence, failed to protect high-risk groups, and insists gain-of-function research and poor biosecurity are still the greatest dangers to humanity. Dr. Robert Redfield is a virologist, infectious disease expert, and former Director of the CDC. He served on the White House Coronavirus Task Force and Operation Warp Speed board. Join us as Dr. Michael Rydelnik answers these questions and more as we consider the Biblical position on modern-day Israel.Become a Parshall Partner: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/inthemarket/partnersSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
