I give you different ways that you can begin to do the same for yourself. In the second half of the episode, I share the importance of rest and an exercise you can do to get more clear on where in your life you feel more rested and where there may be energy leaks. In doing this exercise, you’ll find the common themes of restfulness and energy leaks to help guide you in making regular rest a non-negotiable.
